We hired a commercial coffee machine and upright fridge from this company and now that the contract is coming to an end they want us to pay for the return of the items to their premises. They claim it states that the customer must pay for the items to be returned in the contract but I have read the contract and so has my lawyer and there is no mention of this in the contract.
The customer service representative was so rude and on the phone to me, talking down to me like I was a piece of rubbish.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HIRING COMMERCIAL APPLIANCES FROM THIS COMPANY because they are bunch of sharks and very rude and unprofessional.
Follow-up · The contract term was a year but you need ro give 3 months notice prior to the end of contract The equipment was/is refurbished equipment and when we received it, the fridge door was not closing and the coffee machine was not working properly. We had to get organise a service call to get both items serviced. Both items were NOT clean. The collection was handled very badly and they have slapped on lots of unnecessary charges on my account without my consultation and when I offered to make a payment plan and to make regular monthly payments, they threatened me that if I missed a payment they would hand it over to rhe collection department without hesitation. I would not use this company for your commercial machine purposes as it's a waste of your time and they are a bunch of rude and unprofessional sharks renting out dirty faulty equipment.
