Support not responding for weeks – I bought 2 LED strips from here which arrived pretty quickly. I've got 16 Hue devices, and never had an issue pairing them. Turns out the 2 LED strips from here were paired to another Hue hub, and I had to do factory resets, so it seems they're refurbished. I requested a refund and it's been 3 weeks with no response. which arrived the next day and had no issues pairing. Very disappointing. Had to lodge a CC dispute to get a refund.

Fast shipping to Perth, super happy!! – Ordered 3 Hue lights that were showing as "In Stock" on simply-led website on Sunday night (I didn't believe it...) JB had estimated arrival in 5 weeks!? Next day (Monday) I get confirmation that the items have been shipped, and Tuesday the items arrive. Incredibly fast to Perth and so grateful for the swift turnaround

Amazing service and delivery turnaround – I purchased my new Philips Hue Iris, which was the cheapest out of all the online options. I received my order within a few days of ordering through their courier which most don't do. Outstanding pricing and customer service that included an amazing delivery that was included in the pricing.

Exceeded expectations – I purchased a Phillips Hue Bridge 2.0 from Simply LEDs with a view to setting up a kit. I received a call from them asking if I'd like a starter kit with two lights included at no additional cost, as they had a few spare kits. The package then arrived the following day. In terms of customer service this vastly exceeded my expectations and I will be shopping with them in the future for any lighting needs.

I have very few options left but to report this company's behavior as cyber crimes and approach Philips Australia as to why they are promoting such a company on their website. The only reason I decided to purchase from Simply LED.

Above all, they have shown themselves to be highly customer focused and in my opinion also focused on the best smart lighting system in the market.

I’ll definitely purchase my future Hue lights from SL.

Philips is pushing their customer away with a distributor like Simply-LEDS – Pretty bad CRM over at Simply LEDS. The first order made got rejected where I was told to give it another go with another payment method. Second order also got rejected for whatever reasons. Had to make a call to find out what's what as refunds have yet to reflect on statement. Direct debit was suggest via email, I agreed and things went silent from then on with no followup. Guess I'll just go with Amazon.

Not good!!! – Firstly their email address of - info@simply-leds.com.au --- is bogus and emails sent to this address is undeliverable. Secondly the phone number for support is also incorrect goes straight to a message in Chinese and of course nobody replies Thirdly when tried to cancel order I was told it was "in the mail"!!!
