wanted me to re look as if I am an imbicile. They have asked me to check again. They have asked for photos then more photos. They have referred this matter to their team, seriously $50 item missing. This has cause immense stress and I have had no choice but to warn others. They treat their customers with no respect and make you feel like a criminal.
The do no respond to any valid claims or email which has caused immense stress.
Please be aware of this company. I have had no choice but to contact Fair Trading, and the ACCC and Fair Trading because of the their abhorrent behaviour to a valid complaint

I am constantly getting compliments on the colours and my nails are so strong and healthy whenever I take it off. It always lasts a couple of weeks even with what I put my hands through. community group is fantastic too- there's loads of people ready to help you with an issue or query, and the inspiration you get is mind blowing! The company is outstanding with frequent interaction with the owner, and other Sistaco employees, who also do free online small group tutorials, so you can get the most from your products. You very rarely get this kind of interaction and free live demonstration classes from a company! Also the fact that the mineral bond system is free from lots of the nasty ingredients that are in nail polishes/gel/acrylic nails- ie MOST nail products. filled with wonderful people who are so supportive and offer advice, and so much positivity. It’s a beautiful space in a world filled with so much uncertainty. I love that this is a small female owned company that empowers women. My favorite thing about this company is how much they obviously care for their customers. There is constant interaction with customers in the Facebook group, video tutorials, and live training sessions. I love using Sistaco! I've never really enjoyed going to salons because it's so expensive and I always leave feeling like the coats look a bit thin and they haven't gone all the way to the edge. shades in. Sistaco doesn't leave you with thin damaged nails after removal either, just be gentle with your removal and you'll find your nails in better condition than salons. The pots also last a long time, so the saving compared to salon prices is huge! There is a learning curve to the application, but lots of advice on the Sistaco Facebook page to make use of. about this product not worth it. It also damages my nails. I gave my nails a rest from the product to grow out the damage. I had used their press on nails as well as the powder system so l wasn't quite sure which of these products damaged my nails. I finally got my nails healthy again and decided to give the powder another go, staying away from their press on nails. But after two applications my nails are in terrible conditions again. They all split and peeled so l had to cut them all back. It takes too long to apply and l don't even get a week out of the application when they say you'd get at least 2 weeks. I haven't got the time to spend applying and removing this system every week. I see my friends with their salon nails and they look so beautiful and they don't chip and last a month. I'll be joining them in the salon instead. I've spent so much money on this product for nothing. What a waste. I also had issues with customer service around deliveries and lack of help with the product. My nails look worse now since this photo. They have peeled and split really far down now.

Follow-up · I have not experienced any straining from this product. I typically use a glossy finish but there is option for matte finish. I make sure I am patient with removal. It’s done with either a steamer and acetone remover or erase pads that sit on the nail for a few minutes. Removal does take longer for me with darker colors such as black but patience is the key. They also have options for nail art.

What was even more frustrating was the customer service. I found the responses to be dismissive, misleading, and lacking accountability. Rather than feeling valued as a customer, I felt like my concerns were being brushed aside and explained away.
A company can have product issues from time to time, but how they handle customer concerns is what truly matters. In my experience, Sistaco failed on both fronts. After spending a significant amount of money, I was left with products I was unhappy with and a customer service experience that left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Sistaco again, nor would I recommend their products to others. There are plenty of companies that offer better quality products and far better customer support. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money elsewhere.

But even then, after removing the gel or acrylic products my own nails would suffer with ripping or breaking during removal and the nail bed was weak. It takes months to grow out the damage. Then after eyeing the ads for over a year for Sistaco Mineral Powders I decided to take the plunge and try them, especially after really looking at their webpage and seeing that their products are all non-toxic! Not only are there hundreds of mineral powders to choose from, but you can mix and create your own shades, do ombre's, get creative and use art tools with them, and they also have press on or "sustainable nails" that you can re-use, and if you want, turn into your own creations by changing the design with their powders. had one issue with missing item from my order, I'm which their customer care was quick to respond and resolve the error.
I still find removal a bit difficult, but if done correctly does not damage nails.
I've also just started using their sustainable nails, which I love! They are easy to apply and remove and you can actually recolor and reuse, which is totally awesome!

Sistaco is everything it claims to be. So easy to put on and doesnt smell like typical nail polish. There are endless possibilities in the designs you can make.
