rip-off, for one of my colleagues also had the same experience with his Skywalker. I regret buying this scooter and I warn anyone who is thinking of buying one to stay away from this company. They sell faulty products and they don’t care about their customers safety or convenience. Save your money and time and buy a different scooter from a reputable brand. Skywalker e-scooter is the worst purchase I ever made.
