within the trial period. I received a confirmation of this on the website although they did not confirm this via email. The next day they deducted $180 from my account. When I pointed out that I had cancelled they sent five rude emails, all from different people, claiming I had not cancelled and they had a right to my money. Judging by their facebook page, this company has a history of identical behaviour towards other customers. My bank chased it up and secured a refund. SmallPDF are completely unethical and the program is limited and hard to use. Not recommended.

a service I won’t use again. They flat-out refused to refund me, even though I acted right away.

This is a predatory subscription trap, and it's disgraceful that a company thinks this is an acceptable way to operate. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting them to consumer protection. Avoid Smallpdf — they’ll take your money without warning and won’t give it back.

Have used this online tool for merging and splitting PDFs with no problems. In fact, it is very easy to drag and drop pages, and to add other file(s) to an opened file. It runs so much quicker than many other PDF tools on the market. (I have read on the web that customer service may be a bit slow. But I did not have to engage them.)

Great support when you need it most – I had a billing issue that I was unsure could be resolved over email. SmallPDF acted with care, integrity and empathy and had the whole thing sorted out in less than an hour. Great company that deserves every success!

I use this all the time for anything related with PDFs – I mostly use Smallpdf to extract PDF pages, merge documents or transform PDF into Word document so I can edit. and other functions that may become useful. I cannot live without this for my office works.

follow the prompt. This is the 2nd time I use them and will continue to use. If we require to do this more often than twice per day, we will gladly pay the fee, but at present time it's not a requirement. Try it, you'll love it! I loved it so much that I thought I'd share it! Sorry - a bit geeky lol
