I ordered a Smart watch from them, and they gave me a post office tracking number for my purchase. This was about a week ago. When I sent them an email to support@smartbodywise.com, it was returned to my email as undeliverable. Sounds like a scam to me.
The watch arrived ok but mine was faulty and it has been impossible to return it for a refund. I followed the process on their website within a couple of days of receipt. I received an automated response saying it was being reviewed. That was weeks ago now and I have received nothing further. On their return information they had another email address but that bounced back to me. I am now going through the dispute process with Visa.
You can get exactly the same watch elsewhere for less than $50.
I have actually receive my watch, so my complaint no longer stands. It isn't a scam. As to how good it is, I can't tell yet. Apologies to the company for suggesting it was a scam.
