I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Smarter Outdoors. I had 8 roller shutters installed all around my house. The boys came on the dot they were at my place from 7 am and left at 7.30 they did such a thorough job both Anthony and Jed were extremely helpful in setting up my system and spent so much time in my roof and showed a lay person like me how to operate the system. I could not have asked for anything better. Excellent service. The owner too was extremely helpful and returned my calls immediately.
Highly recommend the company – We had roller shutters and Zip blind installed by the company and from start to finish, the service, professionalism was exemplary, they cleaned up after installation, called to ensure we were happy with everything after a month. Nothing but a streamlined process. And happy people. We would recommend the company to others.
Manual outdoor roller flyscreens look fabulous and work well – It took a couple of goes to install due to some technical, manufacturing, and available tradesman difficulties, but the team always kept us updated. Mario the installer was a gem. We needed one roller to have a replacement rubber seal due to a bowed floor - this was done quickly and cheerfully by one of the owners. Highly recommended product and company for roller flyscreens. UPDATE: Sept 2024 - these are still working perfectly and look great.
Just Gets the Job Done – Rarely will I do either a positive or negative comment unless the company is outstanding. In this instance Smarter Outdoors did excel in the positive. Firstly they gave a no-nonsense quote, unlike so many roller blind retailers. They communicated well, kept to their word, worked hard to get the job done on time and the workmanship applied has left us very glad we used this company. My only disappointment was the bits of cut metal left behind at the job, I believe they could clean up better but otherwise I have no hesitation recommending their services
