Deceptive sign-up tactics, no customer service, no refunds – Smilebox Basic Plan $5/month actually takes $59.99 from you immediately. Smilebox customer service eventually says NO REFUNDS and then ignores you. PayPal dispute resolution centre is the only way to see any of your money again for that one e-invitation you never should have signed up to send. The sign up page is the most deceptive I've ever seen - see attached photo. Clicking this "Basic $5/month Plan" and entering your payment details costs you $59.99.
