I am very happy with the soft sitter, as I have purchased so many cushions and none have worked. I was a bit sceptical at first as none of the others worked. These are amazing, one on the office chair and one on the lounge chair. I can get up off both and NOT be walking bent over for 5 minutes. We received the product exactly as it is advertised. It does what it says it will. I find the cover to be a bit harsh against the skin but not to the point that it is unusable.
