Follow-up · Still love my Soft Sitter just as much 12 months later. I can sit on any chair pain free. Very easy to clean and the covers ( which I highly recommend) are so easy to remove and wash in warm water, I’ve only ever hand washed mine. Never gets hot to sit on even in Queensland summers. suggested I cancel the order and GSD will give me a refund, then, when we returned from the Gold Coast I could reorder the item. What an excellent solution. How many companies would suggest that? I ordered it again on our return and we rerceived it in less than a week. Full marks for looking at the big picture and long term customer satisfaction.
