fast and we received the mattress in 4 days of it being ordered which was fantastic seeing we live in a rural area. You even followed up on the delivery day letting us know what approx time it would arrive. You also followed up 2 days later asking if everthing was ok with the mattress. Our order was for a half / half mattress with firm and medium inserts ordered. After 2 weeks we found the firm mattress was too firm so after emailing you back, without hesitation you sent a medium insert out via Auspost which arrived in a week. We absolutely love our mattress it is very supportive and super comfortable. We would highly recommend your product and your company to anyone. Finally having such a good sleep!

to write back and forth about which pillow I had then after a few messages they tell me to measure the pillow to make sure it’s the right size but they wouldn’t let me swap for the low profile one. I feel like they’ve change the design because the old ones were yellow but this one is white and a lot tougher, they used to be good, not anymore. Customer service not allowing to swap for low profile and say for me to bed it in type thing. I’m better off buying a memory foam charcoal pillow or something which I’ll do next time which is basically similar without the hefty price tag. Won’t ever buy from them again and I told them that and they don’t really give a damn. So it seems they don’t care about loyalty or after sales. So bye bye.

personally chase up the delivery mob and also ergoflex so many times ridiculous no one could give me answers where my mattress was then they said they send out another one that took three days to arrive with the original mattress also arriving the next day then the drama of them coming to pick up one of the mattresses to return back to ergoflex and believe me when I tell you they were all over it with communication trying to get their mattress back returned the next day !. with almost zero communication from ergoflex and me always chasing them for answers on when my mattress is gonna turn up as a customer it’s not how it should be. And reading all the reviews are meant to be half decent customer service they obviously delete all the bad reviews because the customer service is horrible mattress is very firm. Would probably not recommend especially after all the drama it was getting it delivered. Do better guys!.

Unfortunately they paid the refund back to the original account without asking me, and that account is closed. Emma has been stuffing me around for months, making me spend hours on hold to both them and the bank, and are completely refusing to call the bank's merchant support line, which they (the bank) have said multiple times would allow them to resolve the issue. Emma has insisted on requiring written proof from the bank which the bank has stated multiple times they cannot give to me, and Emma is refusing to call them. At this point I am having to go to the ACCC to get my money back.

Update: Not only does Emma make bad mattresses and screw you around they will also lie to your face. The reply here claiming to be willing to help above and beyond normal channels and actually put in any legwork was just an outright lie and they have continued to put all of the onus on me to chase everything up, while claiming they'll call the bank, which they still have not done, despite it being a month since they said they could help me resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM EMMA SLEEP.

As a side sleeper, I noticed significantly less shoulder and hip pressure compared to my previous mattress. Motion isolation is also excellent—my partner can get in and out of bed without waking me up.

this review the company made several suggestions that did not help. They then offered me a refund or a new topper. As the topper was so good initially we chose a new topper. We have been using it for over a month now and it is still wonderful.

observational experience, answering my questions to guide me to the mattress most suited to my back problems and sleeping patterns. There was no pushy sales with plenty of time to try the various mattresses. Payment and delivery options were flexible with delivery expected in 7 days! As an EOFY sale, I not only received 50% off this premium mattress but was gifted two expensive latex pillows and a lovely gift pack. I will review again after using my mattress but shopping experience was 10*'s out of 5'*s.

provides absolutely zero structural support, and sitting or sleeping near the edge makes you feel like you are rolling straight off. Additionally, the motion transfer is completely unacceptable, performing far worse than a standard inner-spring setup. While the staff themselves are polite, the firm company policy offers no return options. We have thrown over $8,400 down the drain on a product we cannot use and are left with no choice but to completely dump this mattress and start over. I will go for a sleeping duck next time!

apparent when none of the part numbers matched up with the part numbers provided in the instructions. There was a video which was more helpful, but ultimately it seemed I was missing some crucial parts. I entered into dialogue with Absco customer service, which would become one of the longer relationships of my life. The first 5 responses from them consisted of them sending me out the same instruction manual and asking if this was the one I needed. It took 6 emails from them over three weeks before they were able to discover that the manual had been updated and the parts numbers changed, and provide me with the right one. By this point, I had mostly figured it out with much swearing and shouting, and my elderly mother constantly shrieking "but Absco are a good brand" at me. Not anymore, Mum. There were still parts missing, which they happily sent to me after some negotiation, and many of the parts did not have screw holes or guidelines that the manual and video indicated, which often led to a further loss of confidence that I had the right piece. When I pointed this out to customer service, they cheerily suggested I drill holes in the metal where needed. Of course I can do that, but what the hell is going on in that factory? The worst part of all of this was having to explain market dynamics, offshoring of industry, and the gutting of Australian businesses for the sake of profit to my poor old mother. She won't be buying Absco again and neither will I. P.S. I actually forgot to write this review and only did so because Absco sent me an email 6 months after the fact inviting me too! Thanks Absco! P.p.s The shed sucks, is flimsy, and doesn't secure properly because the lock mechanism cannot be affixed as indicated in the manual. Waste of time and money.

old grandchild regularly having naps at my house and not that happy being put in a cot I decided to buy a 1.5 seater sofa bed for the spare room which I can sit on to read books and fold out for naps. It is perfect, the arm rests stop him rolling out plus there is plenty of room for me to have a lie down with him. It is super versatile and very comfortable both as an armchair and a bed.
