myself. I wouldn't buy any other mattresses now. They don't sag like other mattresses, are really firm and comfortable. I suffer from back and hip problems but get a good nights sleep on my Ergoflex. I always wait for the sale to get the best price and ordering is easy on the website.

sleeps at night without waking. ie. 3 hrs instead of 2 and I don't sweat as much as I did but it's Winter so ??? Who knows? I don't like the soft edges but that comes with all hybrids, some more than others. I suffer with back pain as do many Seniors. I had it before and I still have it so I don't really know if I should have got another fully sprung Firm Mattress or this one. I guess I will never know.

single person to change sheets on it, due to the weight of the mattress (44 kgs) and the fact that they have skimped on attaching handles to the side of the mattress. Even a $300 mattress from Ikea has side handles to help lift it up. I raised this issue with Koala and was told by [Name Removed] from their customer service team that it was my fault for not checking whether there were handles on the sides. I don't understand how the design of the Luxe Mattress meets Australian requirements. These mandate that "safe design" principles should be used when designing products. There has certainly been no risk assessment regarding the potential for injury to a consumer when trying to perform a simple task like changing a sheet.

has not assisted my sleep patterns. I have knee, hip and back issues as well as mild sleep apnea. If didn’t reduce my wives snoring, and apparently not mine. She found the mattress very comfortable but hated the split mattress set-up. So the bed has been moved to the spare room.

arrange an alternative. We were quickly called back and a super helpful staff member sorted it all out within a couple of hours. It actually worked out slightly cheaper as we’re were returning customers having bought a queen size mattress a year or so ago. On the day of delivery we were allocated a time but unfortunately it didn’t arrive in that time window. I called SDHQ and they were able to let me know it was definitely on its way. It arrived with some very tired delivery guys who were super helpful and got everything offloaded. Putting the bed together was so simple and it was up and ready in less than an hour. The bed truly is super heavy duty and so well made. Not a creak or any movement ever. The mattress went on and unpacked in a coup of minutes and all looked fantastic. The cost is slightly higher than other brands but like they say you get what you pay for ! We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend the bed and mattress to anyone looking for something to last. We would buy again if we needed any more replacement beds for sure. Well worth the investment. Communication with SDHQ is amazing and so quick to get back to you. Superb customer service all the way.

There was no pushy sales with plenty of time to try the various mattresses. Payment and delivery options were flexible with delivery expected in 7 days! As an EOFY sale, I not only received 50% off this premium mattress but was gifted two expensive latex pillows and a lovely gift pack. more holes and used the extra self tapping screws to strengthen the corners. However, I’m very happy with how it turned out. Not a bad effort, considering I built it solo as a 5ft4 female -if I do say so myself! It came with everything I needed except a pop rivet gun. Luckily they are cheap to buy! Only reason I didn’t give this shed a 5 is that it doesn’t have any sort of ventilation (will add something myself) and there was definitely some improvisation at the end to use up left over screws, (and yes I double checked and I didn’t miss any steps). All round, perfect shed for the bikes and scooters taking up my garage!
