Giving them 2 stars because the practice manager helped me out with my bill after their Doctor failed my medical and cost me my job....If your a truck driver go elsewhere you wont pass
Rang up and booked a basic hearing test. The guy took all my details then read back what he had booked me in for. I questioned it and asked to make sure i had booked in for a hearing test only. they cant give them to me they will be sent out in a day or two. A week later and after calling and speaking to a nice woman, she tells me it was booked as a hearing test with doctors review and it might take a week or two. I work in emergency services and just needed a basic test, now i will have to go to another provider and get the test re done as my 2 yearly hearing review will expire before this mob can get me the results. I'm annoyed because i specifically questioned this on the phone with the guy at the time of booking and he gave me no help and his manner was rude. NEVER USING SONIC AGAIN, EVER.

Literally the worst experience you can have. These people have the attitude that their customers are required to be there, so they can treat you like crap. They have 1950s administrative processes that require you to write your name, DOB and address… Read more
5 times. Seriously, it's called an App, you get the customer to enter their details once and it fills the forms out automatically.
Follow-up · Wait time is longer than a GP visit. The service wasn't explained very well, the customer is your employer, so they don't treat you the same as a GP does. Cleanliness is standard.
Absolutely terrible service, worst pre work medical I have undertaken.
Doctors only work a few days a week so follow ups t sign off can take weeks. Unexeptable when employment depends on results. They have cost me thousands
Been here a couple of times through work cover and results. Seems like a great place from the outside spring street location but very long wait times to see a dr. If you can go maybe to other location. I should have gone to my own GP would have been way quicker.
The Worst Experience – Let me state that this was the Carole Park Sonic Health Plus medical centre. Where to start. 12.15pm appointment. I was seen at 2pm, no communication by staff. my questions & refused to take my bloods. Guess what, sent back to waiting room to await bloods. Lady taking bloods was really lovely and accommodating.
Overall, 4 hours spent at Carole Park Health Plus. Not what prospective employees need whilst undergoing a medical.
Very poor service and I would recommend the extra time driving to Oxley. You have been warned!!!
Hopeless – Had a medical almost 2 years ago which was covered completely by the employer. Bill wasn’t paid so sent me to dept collectors even after they admitted it’s not my problem and they didn’t chase it up with the employer. Wth sonic
poor treatment, dismissive – Been treated very poorly as a patient, kept waiting and dismissed. Rude and poor treatment, despite being polite and tolerant, I feel I have been dismissed by people who could don't care less, but are happy to take you money! I also had to chase up my medicare rebates on more than one occasion as it had not been sorted by their reception. I cannot recommend them.

rebate of around $80 was electronically submitted. After waiting 4-5 days and not receiving the rebate, I phoned to enquire if there was a problem... Reply - "No sir, there's a green tick on our system". There's nothing we can do for you...!!! After waiting a week, and still no Medicare rebate, I submitted my own claim electronically, and it seems Sonic Plus HAD NOT submitted my claim to Medicare at all. Apart from sloppy Admin procedures, the vax fees charged are exorbitant compared to other options via my GP. My bad for not checking earlier, but I expected that a specialist International Travel Vax centre would offer economies of scale that are reflected in pricing. Not so it seems, the "specialists" engage in price gouging together with slack Medicare rebate procedures. BEWARE... be warned.
Trying To Dictate Access To Private Medical Records For 12 Months – On 12th Jan was sent email for pre employment medical,whilst i was filling out forms i see they want access to your medical records for 12 mths.So i called them up & asked why,was given a pitiful excuse as to why & stated i wasn't allowing access.That ended not able to go for medical appt.Why is it that they can dictate to you about your private… Read more
information,should be me in control of access which should be a week at the most ,as they give results within 48hrs normally & too bad for you if they get hacked in the mean time.The Govt needs to change this practice immediately!!!!
