Don't confuse this devices function – The PlayStation Portal is a device to allow remote play to your existing PS5 in your house. Your PS5 needs to be hard wired to your home network, not wifi. Your home WiFi needs to be "Good", I use a Google Nest Pro wifi mesh. Sony Cloud play is not supported in Australia. With the above-mentioned good setup, I get flawless at home remote play.
