Worst seller ever – Item shipped to wrong location (2000km away), no response to emails an phone line not answered or messages responded to. Lodged claim through Paypal - response through PayPal in under 24hrs stating "go pick it up from post office".

They never get back to you – They say you can't contact them by phone only by email, so I emailed them 3 times and still no reply AT ALL totally ignored. Stay away from these useless scammers.

Shop elsewhere – Company pretends to ship things quickly, but only supplies tracking number then posts days later! Scam company – Don’t buy from them I bought a john Deere scan tool which doesn’t work at all emailed them never reply back can’t even call the 1300 number

Very Slack business – This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Received a faulty UB2 reader, didn’t want to refund, never answered many emails. I went to PayPal for refund. Please read the other reviews.

Never received my item – Never received my item. They sent me wrong tracking number. Have called multiple times no one ever answers or gets back to you. Sent several emails one response saying what’s your problem, your tracking says you have it! Told them yet again they sent me wrong tracking # Again won’t respond! ( spoke to Aus Post)

The OBD2 scanner I received does not work and the company will not respond – I ordered an OBD2 scanner specific to a Fiat Ducato but it will not even turn on when plugged in.

Terrible – Ordered a diagnostic tool and paid for it. The next day it was refunded. No idea why? They dont answer their phone or emails. Terrible business manner, do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere, where they have a good business manner. Take your website down and stop wasting people’s time!

Wrong scan tool sent – I ordered a Nexus scan tool for my Isuzu truck. A Viecar scan tool arrived a few days later. It won’t even plug into my ODD connector. Sent many emails, no response. Called 1300 number a dozen times. No one answers. Buyer beware. I have just wasted $299.

Discussing Customer service – We bought truck scanner. It doesn't work. We rang them numeral times. We wrote them many times. NO RESPONCE!!! I wouldn't give even one star for product and service they provide. The worst experience in my life!!!

Souped car covers – The car cover provided was tissue think and has very poor elastic to keep it attached to the vehicle. It has not body band strap to stop it blowing away and comes off the vehicle in the slightest breeze
