Terrible service and still waiting for products – I ordered my items over a month ago. Incorrect items were sent to me and after a phone call more than 3 weeks ago I was told the correct items would be resent. I called again yesterday to be told they still haven’t been sent. I will not be using this company again.

morning I called to ask if that can be delivered and it was swiftly arranged. I found out they use their trusted courier and not Aussie Post. More than happy to pay for the very reasonable courier fee.

Very supportive – I find that when dealing with Stanley he has been helpful and supportive in finding certain items required for what I am looking for. Sometimes its a hit and miss but we always work around it.

Bonza Boots – My first pair of Mongrel Zip Sider boots lasted almost 10 years of hard working and walking. Totally comfortable and easy to put on or remove at the back door. They've been around Australia and even to Alaska. Regular boot polish always returned them to a near-new shine. Best boots I've ever had and given exceptional service. Can't wait to get my replacements.
