Spacemaster Belair

Absolutely Horrid – My grandmother and I bought two Spacemaster shelf pantries and one of them had missing screws and tried to make us pay for the screws that were missing. Also when we came to do the doors we found out the doors had no screw holes and no where on the instruction sheet it had that we would have to have a screw driver handy. We then go to put the doors on and cant. Every time we actually think we've got it screwed in the door falls off. Don't buy from Super Amart at all they are just horrid especially for the price they make you pay for their things.

Cheap and Nasty – We purchased the Belair with a free baskets from Super A Mart. We were happy with the free basket but when put them together the quality was so bad. I went to pick it up and had to wait for a long time. Don't buy them they are cheap and nasty. Cheap and Nasty

Shocking quality and customer service – Bought this wardrobe from Super Amart, delivered much later than arranged even when product was fully paid for. Sliding doors were both water damaged and packaging for whole wardrobe was unprotective. Doors needed to be replaced which took a long time to do and then promises made for fitting weren't fulfilled. Wardrobe cost $700.00 with free doors but not happy with the customer service or quality.

Service terrible, product caused so many headaces.

Not very versatile – We purchased the Belair with a 4 drawer/ 4 shelf unit. When you put the drawer/shelf unit in you end up with a space of about 4" between the drawer unit and the centre piece. If you leave the centre piece out, the hanger bars are too short. It is only good for hanging space. if you want hanging space and drawers, steer clear of this unit. Packaging of the wardrobes is atrocious. There is no protection for glass/mirrors at all and the drawer/shelf units have to be transported flat or the drawers slide down tearing the vinyl wrap rendering the drawers useless.We had this problem with the drawers and mirrored doors for the Venus and Jupiter as well.
