Honestly to begin with, I struggled to last 5 minutes on the easiest intensity, but now it's much easier and 20 mins is a breeze. It took me a while to get used to the motion, as its not an 'up and down' motion like other ellipticals have. Definitely works the thighs and backside! It doesn't have incline, but I really don't think it needs it, as I would be amazed if I could ever last for half an hour on level 16!

Can also plug in iPod or iPhone and listen to music as you work out. A great workout, machine is almost silent Quite difficult to assemble
