Great

Spriggy rocks all the boxes for security and control- the only downside being the unpredictability of WHEN the top up from your own card or bank account actually takes place ! They say it could take 5 days to a week but sometimes it’s there in a minute- work needs to be done on this aspect as how can it take a week to get money from your own account? Show 5 replies

Amazing way to help children to save money

Since I started Spriggy with my kids, it has been amazing! Kids are motivated by visually seeing how much they are saving.
Staff are very helpful, they swiftly respond to help queries. It is easy to use but any issues you have, you are 100 percent assured you will get assistance asap. Show reply

No user issues at all. Fast transfers

The service has been good and transfers are in real time, very quick. Easy to use app and have had no problems when using it.
I tried to cancel one child's account (teenager) but it's near impossible to do that through the app. I had to email Spriggy and a staff member responded fairly quickly (Marcus) and was very helpful to sort it out. $60 fees a year for one child is a bit steep, it is a children's banking service after all. Show reply

Average

Renewal fees are exorbitant for a child's account. Banks don't even charge that for kids!! Show reply

A great family money management tool

Spriggy has been a wonderful product that has provided my children freedom to buy on a global scale, while also learning to manage money. As a parent it has given us oversight of spending and an ability to give pocket money regularly and award additional money. It has been. God send when they need money and have been away from home.

As a family we love the product and recommend it. Show reply

A great offering for tween and teen families

Spriggy has been great for us. I still have to nag my kids to do their jobs(!!) but I like the functions of setting goals, I can easily see where they are spending and top up their account in seconds. Highly recommend as a first card. Show reply

At this stage it is not possible to add funds to your Spriggy membership by cash at physical location. The only way to add funds is from a linked bank account or debit card.

Why are some people referring to a $30 membership fee, others pay $60. I find the fees attached to this card prohibitive. What am I missing ?
