Helpful and discreet – Always so very helpful when I needed to make changes to my requirements, efficient and asking only relevant questions, ensuring I know everything I should, and providing the service at an excellent price.

Scammed – Beware when doing business with them, they sign you up to a $40month membership fee without your knowledge, the first you find out about it is when it starts coming out of your bank account, trying to contact them about this but nobody wants to reply to me, bloody ridiculous how you can only contact by email and not call them, seems they choose which emails to answer and which ones to ignore

Good bad and ugly – Pros: Great medication Delivered to your door Discretion Cons: Repeat customers few discounts Each renewel is almost as much as medication Sometimes not enough repeats unless asked for.

Good service – The concept and services are amazing and the discrete packaging very nice and fast service Just the website would be a better with more filters and categories

Waste of Time & Money – I wanted a Script for some medication. The response time for request was very good HOWEVER they don't send you or a nominated Pharmacy the Script. You have to buy direct from them. $29 Charge that gave me Nothing. Provided incorrect treatment plan! – This place is a scam! Quick to take payment and then sent a treatment plan for a completely different condition and did not read the questionnaire I completed as I had specifically asked for a certain topical treatment. sent a prewritten treatment plan for all skin conditions. I wrote back and neither their medical team or help team responded further indicating that the treatment plan was automated.

Convenient – Service is convenient although instructions on medication is limited. This could potentially be dangerous considering how easily assessable medications are made here.

Avoid the hassle of trying to visit local GP – I am pleased to have discovered this service, for a repeat psoriasis prescription as it avoids the cumbersome task of trying or organise an appointment, the waiting and additional expense associated with a GP consult. Having the prescription arrive by post a few days later was also a bonus. Have recommended this service to my son. Thanks

Great, fast service – Very helpful when you live in a small town with long waiting times to see doctors. They seem to care about your well-being as well, not like some other companies out there

Highly recommend! – Received a certificate in 5 mins!! Highly recommend. Off work with muscular back strain, and was NOT keen at all to try and drive to a clinic. a tracking of the order with Australia Post. That was over a week ago, now Australia Post has lost the delivery. When I emailed Stagger to either refund me, investigate or send me a new prescription, they advised me once it is dispatched it is no longer there issue, and they told me to contact Australia Post to investigate. Pathetic service.

Needless to say I have cancelled any future orders.

It's OK – I think it's OK if you know exactly what you want and they will provide it. I personally found that firstly, I asked for a medication that wasn't on their "Can't prescribe" list. nice. The other thing is that, the consult was $25 but, they don't give a script that you can take to anywhere. You do need to buy it from them and 1 single script was $75. To be clear, it would have been $10-$30 down at the pharmacy. I mean, you pay $25 for the consult but they jack the price up on the medicine. Sure they send it, but I don't even want that because it takes longer to receive. Lastly, there is no option to register for the one off script. Even though they only provide the one off no repeat script (weird, and I don't get it). But you have no choice but to agree to paying for the medicine on repeat. But they say you can unregisrer after the fact in some tiny note. I don't like being forced to sign up for a subscription when I don't have a repeat script and then I have to go back in to reregister after the fact, I think that comes across as not very transparent and just outright dodgy. In the end I've decided that there's too many red flags here. Too much sneaky, unethical, non transparent business here. I'm sure it's not illegal, but it says a lot about a company in my opinion.

Terrible experience – Ordered about 5 weeks ago still haven’t received a package or anything to stay it’s been posted Have asked for a refund to go elsewhere but just get ignored Customer service is poor! They apparently have a 24/7 online chat but know one ever replies on that Hoesntly don’t recommend stagger at all!

It was made easy for me to access – I spoke to a doctor and they wanted me to try other alternatives for my ED but I knew I wanted assistance and so I applied here. I was very pleased with the service I received. Show reply
