Is there any way I can give these jerks a zero? I mean really. I am over too weeks into this warranty bullsplater with these jerks trying to get a replacement. Statik 360 bullet proof charger cable,well mine only lasted 5 months!! ship (on my dime) everything back for a full refund. There were 3 charges. Only received 2 refunds and now they are ignoring me again. Didn't receive refund for the product itself which was the largest charge. -10 on my rating scale. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WORST COMPANY EVER. Bottom line is don't do business with them.

opposed to a charging station that can charge multiple items. If I order more, I’ll get longer cables. I really like the rubber thing that ties up the cord, cuz you can store the extra tips on there, and it really holds them tightly. The ONLY thing I’m not happy with is the magnet isn’t quite as strong as I thought it would be. That is why I’m not buying the portable charging bank. I would definitely buy the Statik 360 charging cables again.

working. It's not just the plug in unit but the cord as well. I'm assuming this is to ensure you have to keep purchasing them. No thanks. So, while initially it was a miracle that saved my husband's phone because the internal jack was loose, it eventually became too much of a pain. I'm going to say don't get one, unless you need a temporary fix like my husband's phone until you can get a new one.

I ordered my product back in Jan 9th , they said my product shipped out from Elk Grove Village like 5 times , I was supposed to receive it February 2nd , it is almost March it is still at the DHL shipping company, still haven't left the lot. starts charging for about 2 mins then says not charging. It charges very slowly when it wants to cooperate. I’m out about $60 and still haven’t received the 3rd on I paid for.

cables and there is no issue. I have been emailing for over a month, and have sent about 10 emails. I finally got a reply only for them to explain to get data transfer I have to buy the pro cable(which I did) . I replied back yet again, no reply, then another email, they said send proof and my address. I told them that I sent proof already over a month and 10 emails back, but I resent the videos. Again nothing for 2 weeks not. It's disgusting to sell products that don't work. Yes, they come from China which seem to use snail mail to send anything. Get faster service from AliExpress. I would tell people to not bother. Idea of their cables are good, but quite impractical, because if you lose one of the tiny connectors, you can't use cable at all. trustworthy. Last charger I'll ever buy huh? Good hook! Too bad you can't live up to it. A great example would be that my charging cable has been plugged in since early this morning saying my phone would be fully charged in an hour, but it's only went up 3%!!!

Terrible waste of money – Got one for each family member. None of the 4 work. I left my phone charging all night the 1st night I received it and my phone went from 56 percent to 54 percent. email several times telling them that I haven’t received it and then they made an excuse as to oh well we ran out of parts. And then two weeks after that I sent another email stating that I ordered it well before Christmas and there’s no excuse. So finally, I get this charger with I guess two more for the special and honestly that charger falls out of the hole and it’s not charging. It’s slow and it was a waste of money. Save your money because it’ll take you two months and they’ll charge you extra for no reason And the quality really stinks.

Company is horrible – This company gets 2 stars so far just for the cables. The company itself would get negative stars! After 2 months of waiting for the 3 my wife ordered and no answer to my wife's inquiries and no phone #, my wife finally filed a dispute with her bank.
