Happy with my Online Purchase but unfortunately it has several scratches. I just unpacked it and it was covered well so looks like they were there before transit. Very disappointed but will just keep as it is too hard to return.

within 30 days.) The lady said they do not sell that specific item in that store but she took it anyway and said she can just send it back, no problem. I was so relieved. I will never buy my bags anywhere else. I have never been disappointed with products from strandbags no matter what the brand is. I also bought another item at the same time(photo uploaded). I really loved this shoulder bag. The size is just perfect, can fit a lot of my things including 300-400mls water bottle. Very decent pattern and design and nice subtle logo without being loud. Got the bag for good price, as it was on sale. The customer service is always good, people are welcoming and polite. This is what makes me want to come back again and again without any doubt. 5 stars from me. I love you strandbags. ❤️

Discounts are only for inflated prices and all the discount codes don’t work even the loyalty program doesn’t. Made new accounts,emailed them 4 times. Went online and used the chat but it was a bot and wasted 50mins with a response every 10mins. Showed them the bag I wanted a discount on being a repeated costumer, and finally got a no can use it… Read more

on a discounted item. Called the number and was told to leave a message, which I did. Found a txt number and done the same. Good luck getting a refund or returning a bag.

I purchased a rather expensive suitcase. After one use the stitching pulled out as I was lifting it myself. I took it back to the Sugarland Bundaberg store just four months after purchase and was told it was carrier damage because the port had scuff marks. So technically, the suitcase is only covered if it's not used. What a rip off ... Show details

Cabrelli purse and I am very happy with both. The bag was marked down from $40 to $19.I love a bargain. The purse was $24.99. They are both marked as vegan…that amuses me greatly…vinyl must have been rebranded. The lady on staff was very pleasant and polite. I am a very happy vegemite tonight.

fart. With so much scamming going on would you tap your card on a device they pulled out of their pocket when they have normal equipment on counter.

AI team member "Rose" gaslit me. I could not find large, leather, crossbows bags on the website using the filters, but AI said they do stock them. A human would probably have sent me a link to the items available as they woul know how to filter for correct results. AI is not clever enough, so unsure why Strandbags would unleash on it's customers.

strandbags itself is basically ok but the quality of the evity leather tote - bag was disappointing. after a year or so it faded from black to a browish color of various shades thruout the bag. It looks shabby now. Is it really leather it was purchased as leather. Will go back to getting bags totes from myer in the big brands as I know they last for ages and keep their quality they market for lower end of okness in my opinion

company running behind. Some saying 2-7 days some saying 3-7 days. I needed the order for Thursday. I cancelled because the customer service online wasn't helping me. Then I realised it said it was in stock in Chermside. I thought I would order it - it said usually ready 24 hours - and pick it up as it was in stock. WRONG - not in stock. Heard nothing. Rang up the store and they said they don't have it and they have ordered it from elsewhere. She said by the end of the week they should have the goods. I told her I will need to probably cancel this order. She said if not in today she will let me know. I'm tired to this place. I'm about to give up. And when something doesn't work multiple times, I will not go back.

Received a Birthday 10% off not a huge discount like the $10 off others give. Tried to buy the bag i liked; unfortunately it was on “sale” (still not what i would consider a cheap bag) so i could not use the voucher. Don’t want the bag that much, one sale lost for strand bags with a birthday ploy that is meant to increase sales.

The wheel component dated back 2016 and that, despite the suitcase being less than ten years old, the issue was not covered under warranty due to “wear and tear.” If a suitcase is used for its intended purpose, wear on the wheels is inevitable. It is unreasonable that a single replaceable component renders an otherwise functional suitcase unusable.

As a result, the suitcase is now effectively destined for landfill, which is both wasteful and disappointing.

My conclusion don't buy Flylite luggage.

ridiculous especially when flybys, real rewards and every other loyalty program doesn’t put rules like this. I used to see really good discounts before but now it’s rare.

Ordered a bag online for click and collect local to me on the 23/09, website stated 3-7 days as the store didn’t have stock. Website also states if there is any delay they would contact me. goes by and I try the chat option on the website on the 09/10 for another update. Get told it wasn’t in stock and needs to be sent from another store and will be another 2-5 days before it’s there, I respond with that’s what you told me a week ago and I’m still here waiting, they then offered to get it shipped directly to me for no additional cost. I accept and it’s shipped out and delivered to me 24hrs later. I don’t believe the store I wanted to collect from actually ordered it at all and had I not chased them up I would probably still be waiting for my order. I so far love the bag, will see how it lasts but the shopping experience and customer service was not the best and makes me rethink ordering online from them again.

I was in the phone with my daughter. - buying the suitcases for her. The sale assistant couldn’t get onto the web so rang someone else and chatted for ages before advising the suitcases were on sale. I walked out as I had no customer service- she kept walking away from (4 times I had to ask her to come over and answer my questions ) Felt like I was interrupting her time. No customer service at all !

All AI driven - zero customer care. Delivered to a wrong address. AI bots only on the website - says two mins until a person answers, but they never do. Emails - all AI - nobody reads or responds. Phone line is never open - always to voicemail and nobody listen or replies. They don't reply to social media messages either. Some of the worst customer care experiences ever.

We bought 4 large Flylite bags for a European holiday from Strandbags. After 2 flights 2 of the 4 handles didnt move anymore and were stuck in the closed position. repair them, even though they were only 2 months old. They said we had subjected them to excessive wear. They did fix them however, but not holding out any hope they will last. This is in contrast to our previous luggage (High Sierra) which survived 12yrs travel to in India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Pacific islands, China etc and many 10s of flights with only eventually giving out, and we replaced them because they only had 2 wheels being old rather than the modern 4 wheels. Dont buy the Strandbags stuff, it just isnt tough enough to withstand even a cushy European holiday.

Went to purchase 2 handbags on 10/5/ 25 as they were having a sale. Buy $100 worth and get 30 % off. The two bags I'd chosen were $49.99 each, bringing the total cost to $99.98. As they round up the price, I'd be paying $100. Because the total cost was $99.98 and not $100 they would not honour the 30% off. I couldn't believe it! So they lost a sale over 2 cents. refund by email. Went to a store and purchased one of the items for $20 MORE than we had online and the other was no longer available anywhere. Thanks alot. You should not hold Black Friday sales if you have no intention of supplying the goods.
