Extremely disappointing experience. We engaged StudioHawk expecting specialist expertise and professional execution. What we received instead was a service that lacked attention to detail, lacked accountability, and failed to deliver the foundational outcomes that were clearly required from the outset. Communication was polished, but delivery did not match what was promised. Key work was either delayed, incomplete, or required significant correction from our side. For the level of fees charged, the value delivered was nowhere near acceptable. Overall, the engagement created more frustration than progress, and we left with the clear impression that the service is driven more by process and retainers than measurable results. We would not recommend StudioHawk to businesses seeking reliable, high-quality delivery.
