Base black plastic degrading into sticky mess. Apparently I need to clean it with lemon according to sunbeam. This only made it worse. Crap quality. I am off this brand completely. No resolution from the company.

Purchased in for $55.

How could a sticky and possibly toxic plastic mess of a device satisfy me? I would have liked more that a few years out of something that cost so much. More toxic waste for the planet. I will not be buying anything from your brand in the future.
