Nothing positive to say about this inept crew – Did a poor job and when we raised it with them they told us where to go. What reputable business behaves like this! I’ve looked into these people and they regularly put up positive reviews for themselves on review platforms which it looks like they’ve done here. It also looks like they changed their name to hide from a heap of bad reviews they got trading as Suntraders Sustainabile. How brave of them!

Incompetent and rude – These people were just ordinarily in every respect. Their work was well below standard and they were belligerent and rude. All in all, they were careless in how they did their work and whenever we objected they swore at us and didn’t address their multitude of stuff ups.

Insulation – Suntraders blow-in insulation has solved the issues with our insulation. It's dust-free, it's not itchy and comes with a lifetime warranty! I am positive that it will keep our house warm in winter time. Highly recommended! Couldn't ask for more.

Shockingly bad in every way! – They did a terrible job and were rude beyond belief. Bats weren’t put in properly and when we raised this with them they started using bad language and didn’t fix up the mess.

Perfect! – I am so happy with how Suntraders assessed our property. He was able to find which part of the house needs insulation the most. I am amazed about his passion and the quality of the products they can offer to us and for the Australian market.

Horrendous experience with these incompetents. Also know as 'Thermal 360'. Did a terrible job and were incredibly rude! – They did a terrible job. They were sloppy and thoughtless in laying bats and installing associated equipment. When they were questioned about their work and general bad attitude they were rude, belligerent and abusive. (who gave equally negative reviews), but all the business's google review accounts have since been disabled. I write this review to warn others, as they come across as a reasonable enough people when they're quoting for the work but turn nasty when they get the job and if they're at all questioned or challenged about their poor work. In other words, pay a bit extra to engage someone who will do the job properly and be pleasant to deal with is my recommendation.
