Work bench was out of stock so was upgraded to a bigger one FOC. Top quality & very reasonably priced. These benches are super easy to put together, no tools needed. They are very strong too. Thanks Super Rack, we will be recommending you to everyone.

Recieved my order a little later than what was indicated on the shipping details, contacted Jenny at super Rack via phone, she was very helpful and promised to get it sorted, a few days later I received updated shipping details along with promised delivery date, Item arrived, slightly damaged but it wasn't major, overall satisfied with what I ordered , I have only given 5 stars because of Jenny's help,

Quality of cage is consistent with advertising and galvanising appears strong and inside the pipe. One consideration is bung for the pipe should have been an option

living on the other side of Melbourne, Australia. The two racks supplied were well packaged and arrived with no damage. The instructions were straightforward and a single person could set these up. The two racks can be configured differently and use a bi-directional keyhole system to lock everything together. A rubber mallet is a must and will save your palms from hitting metal on flesh.

Not great – First time I ordered, great details, great price and order got to me quickly, second time round... its been over 3 weeks and no update of when my gates are going to be here.. I ordered them and then was told they were out of stock.. if I had known they were out of stock I wouldn't have ordered from here

Great rack but a shelf was damaged in transit from supplier – Rack is great quality but a shelf was damaged in the pack when received, apart from that was happy with the product

It is a very bad experience with Super Rack – I was ordered and fully paid 5 Racks at the end of May, they quoted will be delivered to me at 13 of June, but until now I still haven’t received them yet, it is really really hard to work with them.

Good product, great price – Ordered the 3.6 x 2.4 dog enclosure on line. Good product, great price. Ordered online. Quick response with good comm’s throughout the transaction. Opted for pickup which, while not seamless, ended well. Would recommend super Rack.

Super fantastic racking – Wow, the heavy duty Blue and Orange racks are fantastic. Very reasonably priced, easy to set up, look great and very stable. I have 4m high ceilings so the 2.7m high units worked a treat, allowing me to stack to the ceiling. Highly recommend these racks.

Great service and product – Great item and great price, team very helpful, my sheep yard was supposed to be ready for pick up if a couple days, I was in the area have them a call and where only to happy to have it ready within the hour. The fork driver at the warehouse was great, good attitude even had couple minutes for a chat. I’ve bought a cattle yard and sheep yard from Super Rack, totally recommend.

Well worth it – Ordered the 2 metre high 600 kg setup for home garage. Easy to order, delivered promptly, easy to install, colour looks great, god product. Couldn't be happier for what I needed. Also a lot better value than what I could have got from the major hardware store we all might otherwise buy from.

Easy, flexible, sturdy – The shelving was very easy to put together. It looks great and sturdy, good size. Especially helpful that we could determine the height of the bottom shelf, effectively giving us extra storage since we could use the floor as the first level.

SuperRack Heavy duty shelving and workbench – Just upgraded my garage with SuperRack heavy duty shelving and workbench. Ordered online and delivered within a week. Shelving was very easy to assemble. Online videos were very useful also. I am very happy with my new garage shelving.

Long Term Customer shocked by Freight Bill – Web Shop gave option to get a quote for shipping. Instead I received an invoice for over $200 for shipping. A very rude shock! Rang the Super Rack Office and all was sorted out very quickly. I then collected the fence panels myself. Need to fix your Web Site Super Rack.

making the 5K purchase, Kerrie was extremely helpful and responded promptly to all queries, scheduled a collection date, they had all components packaged up in 80 separate boxes and allocated an area at their warehouse where I could load them all into my trailer, have only installed a third of what was purchased to date but they are sturdy and look great, although they were packaged well inhouse and could not be damaged during my transport I have encountered 5 damaged shelf tray sections and 4 damaged cross member sections whilst only a third of the way through installation, the shelf trays were damaged when they strapped their boxes (straps pulled to tightly, ripped the box and bent the shelf) and the damaged cross member sections appeared to have been dropped onto something hard and kinked the corners prior to packaging in their boxes as their transport boxes were undamaged, the damage has been minor though and I have been able to hide these sections on the bottom shelf facing the back wall, there are 608 separate components within the 80 boxes so I would have been surprised if there were zero damaged sections, I will be in touch with Super Rack if I encounter to many damaged sections and are unable to hide the damage, the damage hasn't effected the strength of the shelf, just looks bad if it wasn't able to be hidden from view, I still rate them at 5 stars as they look great, are a quality product and I can see them lasting me 20 years at least.

Great quality shelving at a great price – Quality shelving at a good price and quick turn around. Only downside was the postage, there was nowhere stated the dimensions of the packaging so paid an astronomical amount for delivery to the courier to turn up with it on the back of his ute. Might be worth double checking before paying

Good quality product at a good price – I purchased the 600kg garage shelving. It was well priced and so good to have shelving I can just snap together without screws compared to others I have had in the past which have hundreds of screws and many man hours. from bunnings or similar at the same price point. Unfortunately one of the backets was rusted but they replaced without issue. Although there was a bit of mixup giving me the wrong size to start with but was rectified. Yes I had to load the shelves in my car myself but it was not heavy so can't complain for the price, as others have, it's not a big deal. I will be back if I need more garage shelving.

Great shelves – Great shelving, very strong and easy to assemble. The only negatives were the cost of the freight and how rude the delivery driver was. I was out of town for work and the driver had a go at my wife for not having a forklift(because every residential address has forklifts) and then he just watched my wife unload and take everything inside. 5 star shelving and 1 star for delivery.

Easy purchase and quick delivery – Product is great, value for money also great. Delivery was timely. My only suggestion is to send a notification before delivery. We were out of town when goods were delivered and the boxes had to stay outside.
