Order 3 x vapes and charged me $130. Then stuffed around getting them delivered. Then delivery driver confirmed I required to pay a safety insurance deposit of $200 before deliver and this whe. I questioned it with the merchant he confirms it’s only for first time customer. Then back.

Waste of time – Advertising products as available, but then ask to swap them for other less quality products due to “delays”. After requesting a refund got told a no refund policies exists - it doesn’t anywhere on their website and they couldn’t provide one when asked. Ends up being sent random vapes we didn’t request instead of having a store credit and waiting for the ones we wanted to arrive. Won’t be buying from here again.

Faulty vape not even 3 months old – Still under warranty spent over $300 on 2 vapes and batteries charges and juices 1 leaks and spits super hot liquid. Went to return it as it is faulty and can not use The guy was rude and sent me home with the faulty vape. Have lost mine and my partners business.(tweed heads south store)

The absolute best customer service – The best costumer service I’ve had so far, I had a lovely lady pretty sure her name was Shai? I can’t remember exactly but she was very polite, extremely helpful and very professional. Definitely recommend going to the Mt Gravatt Super Vape Store she was honestly the loveliest people I’ve dealt with there. Would go there again 10/10

Incredible customer service!! – I ordered the wrong coils. I emailed and axle got back to me in less then 24 hours. Rectified my issue and refunded me immediately. Couldn’t believe the standard of customer service that he provided and I will mixer definitely be using this shop again! Thanks axel

Tamworth store – Shout out to mitch from the Tamworth super vape store, great customer service, very polite would definitely recommend going in and sorting you out with a vape and whatever else you need.

Do not order online,postage speed is ridiculous – I put an order in on the 16th of august,expected delivery was suppose to be the 19th,it is now the 27th of august and still have not got my order,it's only got to come from Queensland to Newcastle,I ordered from mixology in New Zealand on the 23rd of august and already have had it delivered on the 27th 4 days later,3 weeks delivery to come 8 hours down the coast is unacceptable,who knows I might not even get my order absolutely ridiculous

Stolen money – I ordered an oil last Wednesday, it came Friday but that's not my problem. My order came to $23.15 incl shipping, today I was charged another $8 for no reason.

Terrible service. Never again! – First time user of Super Vape Store and I ordered a 5 litre 50% PG/VG mix. I paid Super Vape Store directly two amounts: $49.00 for the product and $20.00 for the shipping. The product went missing in transit. I contacted Super Vape Store and they washed their hands of it, leaving it for me to chase up Australia Post for tracking and refunds.… Read more

Other suppliers tend to provide the service you've actually paid them for. If it goes missing, they'll chase it up and sort it out. Not Super Vape. So I urge anyone to look elsewhere for their product as others provide the full service that you've actually paid them for, including chasing up any shipping issues. I'll certainly never give Super Vape another opportunity to disappoint ever again. There are other vape suppliers that provide much better customer-centric services out there. I'll stick with them.

I do not like – Attention, do not take these three products supervape, banana, fragola and pesca. They have a taste of cardboard, they suck. I have contacted them after having purchased more than 100 dollars of goods, and meet I can accredit you 10 dollars! This is a vile behavior. Juices are rubbish – I recently ordered 8 flavours and some 120 ml bottles, of the 8 there was two that were ok but the rest were weak as p^^s and a waste of good money. Now I cannot even sign in or get a new password because their site is playing up.

So I send them a email and the reply was we are opening a new site so you have to basically wait and make a new account.

So what am I supposed to do in the meantime.
