Well, what can I say apart from what wonderful service, she was prompt and gave me great advice on how to correctly heat my pool. There installers were out the next week and did an amazing job. Pool Heater Pump - Faulty product and followup service – Purchased a pool heater from them 2 years ago and nothing but issues with the panel and app, replaced the panel under warranty 6mths ago and now out of warranty and refuse to come and fix the panel, terrible customer service and followup/repairs for ongoing service once purchased. Suspect provided me with a faulty product do not purchase anything from this institution.

Call out fee is excessive – Good product however your call out fee at $250 is excessive considering that doesn’t allow for any time on site (most others include 30 mins in the cost) to then charge an additional $80 for 30 mins. I expect to Pay for parts but the call out fee was very annoying

50% deposit and I was contacted regarding installation date. Myself or family would not be home on the day but no problem as there was access available. Arrived home to find this magnificent new blanket installed and the back yard left in pristine condition.

Excellent heater – Purchased a Supreme V Pro Pool heater from Pool Equipment Brisbane. I also purchased a solar pool blanket and robot pool cleaner as well. The 14kw heater works really well and not too noisy, plus you can use a normal electrical plug. Darren has been excellent to deal with and he's customer service and advice is of high standard. Would definitely recommend the heater and Darren for your pool equipment.

Great experience with Supreme Heating – I recently had Supreme Heating replace my old solar pool heating on my roof to make way for solar panels. My interactions with Naomi at the office were excellent and prompt. Nice to have young tradesmen who are personable, helpful and knowledgeable – My pool roof solar system was leaking. I had 2 young males who appeared in their 20’s come to repair the leak. Both were polite. The main repairer was personable, helpful and explained the issue well. This young man is an asset to the team he works for.
