Oddly invasive questions – As part of a pre work assessment I was sent a link to this company and had to answer irrelevant questions about myself, they asked about injuries thoughout ones life and it was odd to have to answer about an injury 40 years ago, I do not recommend anyone partaking in such a biased pre work assessment, an employer who uses this doesnt want to employ anyone who might have stubbed their toe!!!
