Outstanding customer support – Excellent system with very good and clear videos. Very good features and does a fantastic job. Very clear night vision options. What really sets them above the competition is their customer support. I'm always happy when a company calls you back when they say that they would. When the technician is also knowledgeable and has good people skills, that's a huge bonus.

Crystal clear lmages – After moving house & leaving the old cameras behind, I bought this system for the new property. Installation was very simple. 2 cameras cabling went through brickwork holes, whilst the other I drilled through the fascia board. The cabling is lengthy enough for all 4 cameras. Retrieval of any footage to usb is fast & easy. Alerts come to my phone & I can see what is going on in an instant.
Swann camera quality is far superior to my previous unit, but that was over 14 years old.
I am happy knowing that my property is protected & that I have plenty of cabling if I choose to relocate a camera.
