Userless making an appointment – This company is tardy all the time, even when you have been given the first appointment of the day and arrives on time. I respected there's by arriving on time. Synergy Radiology need to pick up their game. I'll go elsewhere if this continues. I've not experienced this anywhere else.
Poor customer service practiced by this company – It's very difficult to get through to make an appointment. There were 16 calls ahead of me in the queue. When going online to make a booking, their booking system didn't allow me to download the referral from my desktop, even though that was the next step. that's a very long wait! What happened to a quick phone call?Their booking system is very clunky. This system might mean they make more profit, but it is certainly much more difficult for the customer. Customer service is a very low priority! The last time I booked 2 tests at once, the person on the phone wasn't at the local Imaging Centre. I was told by her that I had to do the 2 Imaging requests at 2 different locations because my closest one didn't do one of the tests. When I attended my local service they said they said they do both!
