Server Response" was often 2 to 8 seconds and up to 1 minute indicating a server issue. The server response should be in milliseconds. I documented this in detail across multiple sites using multiple tools and kept going back to support. Their response was always "the server looks fine to us". There was no interest in resolving the issue. So I spent many more hours migrating sites and emails back to Cloudways. Very frustrating.
Follow-up · I did the migration process myself. For the 8 wordpress sites I used Migrate Guru and it was easy. I also had 3 PHP sites that I built myself with Laravel that I manually migrated without too much trouble. Excellent Customer Service & Support – Coming up to one year with Synergy Wholesale as a reseller, and I'm very happy with the products and services. I always find the customer service support excellent, warm and friendly. The technical support team are very responsive and communicate well, and support documentation is easily accessible. Poor service – I loved it at first. But after using it for about 3 months, I realised their service is crap. cPanel calculation of the uses is always more than 100%. MySQL disk uses is always more than 100%. And upon checking what is causing these 100%+ consumption it is always half of what is shown on cPanel portal. Drupal Site) but when checking in MyPhpAdmin it shows 6GB. And because of this from time to time, my sites goes offline. Their support says is crap, never want to admit that there is problem with the resource QUOTA is calculated. They fail to prove that I am using more than my resource but cPanel always claims I am using more than my quota. And this does make my sites offline from time to time. Now, looking for alternative service.
