This has all the earmarks of a SCAM. I agree with everyone that has submitted comments above. I am right now in the process of dealing with "Patricia", on a credit she says went thru on 1-7-25 and another credit she issued yesterday for $20.32. BUT only $9.73 credit has shown up on my credit card. My total credit should be $38.35 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. No 800# to call, and must deal only with email.

I live in NZ I like many others was charged for 4 scrubbers and 4 of sponges 4 upgraded batteries whatever that is I ordered 1 of thinking $50 out of my account was $359.00 contacted them basically tough they said when I emailed to cancel the order nope too late rubbish hadn’t even been put together many days later I’m told I will receive full refund after sending back to Lithuania at my cost which will be $200 I will not let this go I’ve contacted legal people and also Elderly Abuse anyone I will NOT let this disgusting immoral company get away with this if it kills me I’ll take it to my grave I’m so very very distressed that they can be allowed to do this unbelievable

what can be done to have the unit work again? I charged it up when I first got it, but bumped the start button before unplugging it, and it will not work! I never got to even use it! Ed L from Indiana

not sure which brush head is used for mirrors but the yellow flat sponge did nothing and there is nothing in the manual as to what brush is used for certain tasks

same here: I ordered something yesterday and immediately sent an email to cancel the order. I had by mistake added items to the cart. I assumed I could have a look at my cart before hitting the final "order now" button. I wasn't aware that I had already bought the items! Instead of $64 I ended up with over $200. I never got a reply to my email. Now I got an email saying it has shipped! Not good...

Hi Stefanie. Trust me, it was not your mistake. I absolutely believe it is how they make their money. It’s such a hassle and costly to return items, they literally bank on buyers giving up. I’m in the US and if they don’t make it right, as they promised, I’ll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commision!

I am facing the same issues with this company. Order went through and I never approved it. I saw a price and it was too costly so I closed the browser and next thing i know the order was processed. I called and they said it could not be cancelled but that I could return it when it comes to the house. The order did come and I only received 9 of 16 items that were on the packing slip (and of these items I really only ordered 4). I am getting no where with company. I sent pictures of what I received and you can clearly see I did not receive everything that I was charged for… over $300. They said the complete order was sent and that is the final answer. I am currently disputing with PayPal, hopefully I’ll get my money back. THIS COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Yes,same experience here Ordered 1 brush and got 4. Saw they charged 100$ . I discovered that if you just deal with the website you will get nowhere. I posted complaint on site called Trustpilot along with notifying Better Business Bureau here in USA. BBB did contact them within 1 day. I finally got their attention and after a few days, I got my refund. What a hassle. They claim theymade a mistake That is baloney. I believe they deliberately deceive . I think many give up or don't even notice what goes on their credit card. I intended to pursue them" till the end of days" I became a hassle to them and finally got results.

To Synoshi Power Spin Scrubber Customer Support Team,

I am here to tell you that we are extremely disappointed by the way you present your company and products.

We ordered 1 (ONE) brush and automatically the system turned it into 8. (which seems to be the case for many customers of yours as I read on different websites)

5 minutes after noticing it, we called your company. The customer representative told us it was too late!!!!!!! 5 minutes and the order was already processed!! I very much doubt it.

Once we got the parcel, we saw that it was shipped from Mississauga, Ontario (which is the province next door to ours) to the province of Québec. But when we downloaded the instructions to ship it back, we were appalled to see it had to be shipped to LITHUANIA !!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! Nowhere did it say your company was from Lithuania which according to me is misrepresentation and also a huge trap. To ship it back would cost 175$ Canadian and that is without knowing IF the parcel will get there considering the country and the surrounding countries!!!!!!

Let me tell you, I will not hesitate to tell people about the negative aspects of your company and its ridiculous refund policy and especially its false advertising.

A very disappointed Canadian!!!!

You are a joke! I got the same canned email you send to everyone when they try to cancel. Saying the warehouse is receiving more orders than usual,then offering a discount on additional products. What a shame, such a disgraceful business.

Hi Brigitte The plot thickens with this company. Be wary also of other companies under the umbrella of Orbio World (Lithuanian based company) Same methods of business seem to be happening with Derila (pillows), Huusk (Chef's knife) Nuubu detox pads, UAB Rebilita, Brainety. I don't know much about the last two but have read lots of h=negative reviews about the others. None of these products are Japanese. Made in China. I feel very strongly about the way they conduct business and have lodge a compliant with our consumer watchdog here in Australia. Keep at them to solve your issue and don't be persuaded to amend your review just to appease them as they are not doing anything about their practices. I think there are probably lots of customers who cant be bothered doing anything about their loss.

They are a shitfty cheating company I tried to cancel my order in 2 minutes and was denied they charge you for 4 items not one and refuse to let you cancel the order also if you click on to watch there videos of there products they charge ypu without showing ypu an order form and without your consent. Buyer be ware! This company tries all the tricks in the advertising trade to sell the scrubber. It is not a Japanese invention as many ads read, rather "Synoshi is a product that draws inspiration from Japanese innovation" as I have just been told. As many other buyers I inadvertently ordered 4 instead of 1 due to the way they have set up their "Selection Quantity" with the order for 4 as 1st choice. Today I have seen 2 ads one for 50% off so one unit has been reduced for $110AU to $55AU and the other for 70% off -also $55 instead of $183!! You are not able to check your order and as soon as you fill out your billing information and click on the green section that reads "YES, SEND ME MY SYNOSHI NOW" you cannot cancel. Any returns need to be sent to Lithuania and from Australia the cost is expensive. Mary S

This company is constantly having to apologise to many customers and they keep saying don't hesitate to let them know if they can help with any concerns. Basically I would like to be reimbursed for the 3 scrubbers that I did not want. If you are not prepared to do this then stop sending apologetic emails. I am not interested in your apologies. I have seen reviews on Trustpilot from back in June with customers who are very dissatisfied with how the company operates and it is now November and obviously you are not prepared to change your method of selling products. I have asked several questions along the way and some do not get answered.

You can request a refund thriugh their website, they will send you a form to complete and request you send the item back to an address in Lithuania at your own... which i worked out to be more than half the cost of the item. Plus theynsay if its been used then they may not refund the full amount... so it may not be worth the trouble.

I wanted to order one product but then you get trapped in a cycle to order 2 brushes for it, then a spray cleaner and on and on and on. There is now way to go back and to keep going forward you are also caught in their web. What turned out to be a $50 puchase ended up being over $400! I contacted PayPal straight away, I only authorised the first payment. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
