Terrible Manual Review process – Had to create some video for an eLearning package (4 in total), had no problem creating 3 of the videos yet for some reason the last video was sent to Manual Review which could take 24 hours to review, I don't think they understand why people would purchase their products and that's to produce videos, not have the manually reviewed. There is also no feedback as to why they are reviewing, I didn't us AI to create the video, so I don't understand why they need to review it. It has now cost me hundreds of dollars as I could deliver the eLearning package on time. Don't waste your money and shop around - LOOK AT ELAI which seems so much better. UPDATE - Now have a message that they are not online, so who is doing the manual review - CRAP - more wasted time and money

Synthesia takes 6+ hours to review videos – I made 1-3 minute long videos, which take about 15-20 minutes to render, but when it gets to 1 minute left remaining, it stays on that for about 6+ hours. I say 6+ hours as I log off work for the day as it takes too long, for all I know it took 12-16 hours to get approved while i slept. They state they Automatically review some videos and manually review others, and should not take more than a few hours, but I never get a video manually approved any less that 6+ hours.

It's ironic, they are using an automated website to create AI narration and AI presenter, but use a human to manually review and approve the video. 1/10

Do not allow even a very plain statement – They have there guidelines against any non-agreeable content. Understandable but even when you use educational content for example; it is about "new food science" the automated system rejects it. I mean Why? Thanks
