I love my Tanita BC-730 – I bought the BC-730 because the its size, small and lightweight. I need it to track my training for a a challenge a little amount $$ of an investment to achieve my priceless goal. Terrible item and awful shopping experience – It doesn’t accept my settings and just reverts to default settings when I put in my age gender DOB etc, calculates the wrong age and does not save them, and when you stand on the scale the settings don’t come up. So can’t measure body composition. The company website traininn.com through which I purchased is terrible. The return function constantly freezes, doesn’t work properly and requires you to add a photo but doesn’t accept the photo. You have to put a random photo of something else as for some reason it won’t accept a photo of the item. Then the chat function keeps dropping you down and down and down the queue. Facebook page they don’t reply promptly despite promises. Website filters out all the bad reviews.

Tanita Australia become gruff and disinterested and harsh when they realise it was not bought One of the authorised online retailers although you have no way of knowing which of their authorised retailers.
