Good – I'm on a detox program and I bought these scales a week ago to motivate myself. It is good to have your fat % a little depressing but certaining nice to know the differetnc between fluid fluculations and geniune weight loss. So far neither my weight or body fat hs changes significantly but hopefully these expensive scales will keep me honest and on the straight and narrow. Can measure weight and body fat a useful tool Very expensive

OK – Great if you're paranoid about body fat%. Got mine through a credit card reward program - wouldn't pay that much for scales! Accurate, shows weight and body fat percentage. pricey
