was any existing product, Support, I would reach out to them and explain my issues with the app and connectivity, but they’re literally isn’t even a forum to give them feedback to improve.

After sales support is basically non-existent. I attempted to upgrade my subscription to premium to gain access to the API for a custom integration with HomeAssistant. made little effort to respond to or action my request. Quite a shame as the product otherwise seemed good and I was intending on purchasing multiple units and suggesting it to members of the local community.

They've lost my business as well as potential business by others by failing to support their customers. Disappointing.

Worked well for a while, but readings quickly became wildly inaccurate. Support eventually responded, but wasn’t able to assist and eventually stopped responding. Still waiting on a refund, would avoid at all costs. Show details

Totally useless company, happy to sell you a system but impossible to contact & will NOT service their product, expect customers to take the system apart & courier it to them for review!!! Wouldn't go anywhere near them...

Have reliable water info in your palm – Um. I looked at many tank level sensors over the years. another few bob for the 30mm cement cutter required to mount unit on top of an enclosed concrete tank. Checked the install vidio - did same same, except upgraded the 4 hold down screws - rather used two 5mm ANCHOR MASONRY ANKASCREWS - 5X30 ZINC into the larger holes, down loaded the App & away we go. Note - don't kick off the first level measurement while the sensor is facing your head / the yard / or the sky!!! After a week of data, graphs & learning - I feel we can now go away and not worry about the cows and pets running low on water. Thanks Tank Mate. In summary - Easy & Accurate. Piece of Cake, even for an old f--t like me.
