Extremely disappointed and now of pocket a lot more money purchased a better brand – Purchased Television July 2021. Was used as a second Television in bedroom (so not on all the time). Television also hasn't been used for 16 months as been travelling. Television was also unplugged so no power or aerial feed going into it. and had vertical and horizontal lines across the screen. Further burnt hand on a hot spot on the edge of television. Be very careful as this could be a fire hazard. TCL would not accept responsibility and unfortunately just out of warranty so any repairs be at my expense. Be warned this product is of poor quality and minimal usage it was faulty. Will never ever buy TCL products again. Has been reported to ACCC.
