Teeter FT1 Inversion Table

The Teeter FT1 can be improved – I bought the Teeter FT1 from TVSN 2 years ago but I found the ankle system was too hard to operate, it took 2 hands & back bending force to release & I felt it affected my back. I recently bought the Deluxe EZ-Reach Ankle System (pictured)($219 with free postage from Teeter Australia) that made the world of difference, I can release it with just thumb pressure. I also bought the EZ-Stretch Traction Handles ($65) but I don't use them very much. I don't use them to come upright as I feel this compresses my spine. The only thing I don't have, that the Teeter X3 has, is the colour coded Safety Strap that indicates a few angles. I bought a Kincrome Magnetic Angle Finder ($22) that tells you the angle you are at, but the needle does wobble a bit & you have to wait for it to settle. A digital magnetic angle finder might not have this problem but they do cost more. I enjoy the difference it has made & enjoy relaxing on it twice a day. I give my modified inversion table 5 out of 5.
Purchased in at TVSN for $699.
Excellent product – XXXXXXX Please Make Sure you ask your doctor before buying or using this product XXXXXXXXX I purchased this machine two weeks ago on 19/07/2020 and have already noticed a massive improvement on my back pain, I had seen the advert many times but was hesitant to order the product but after two weeks of using this inversion table I wish I brought this months ago, it was ordered from TVSN in Sydney and arrived in Tasmania 4 days latter supper service and fast delivery.
Once received I followed the ( Build it Phone App ) which made it simple to build with easy to follow instructions, once constructed and after watching the supplied DVD I started using the inversion table and after using it for a few days I noticed my back pain was easing daily. highly recommend this product

I recently had a nerve problem from my spine to my leg & the exercise the physiotherapist gave me had no effect. I had only been using my Teeter at 20 degrees because it hurt my very low back muscles between my lower back & my bum. At the same time that my doctor told me to do back stretching exercises, I found if I flexed those troublesome muscles a small number of times, I could 'hang' at steeper angles. It took about 6 months to fix my nerve problem at 30 degrees but I could always notice it improving.
