The tv screen etc. itself looks ok. The Smart TV functionality is where the problem lies. It uses a licensed Samsung TizenOS platform which: - Requires Samsung account to use any built-in apps - Apps unusable without creating an account - No way to sign into streaming services directly - Not clearly disclosed at point of sale If you are ok with Samsung gatekeeping apps that arent thiers for the sake of adding another registered user to gain the personal information of, for no reason other than to profit from you, then sure it is no doubt a good value TV so go for it.

If you value your personal informaiton then dont bother with it.
