Thai Treks - Won't even answer emails – Booked through these clowns and they were all pro-communication prior to COVID, but now that I am asking for a refund, or information about how far into the future I can book my holiday, they have gone silent! Pretty sure I wont be seeing my money, or my holiday, anytime soon!

Thai Treks, Bali Resort Deals, Asian Holidays, Aaron Riley many names – I'd give them a -0. This company runs under several names, Thai treks, Bali Resort Deals and God knows how many others. can't seem to either get what you though you'd paid for or your holiday! And ask for a refund, they totally disappear, fake companies, fake business address (serviced offices) fake reviews on their websites, similar speal, fake emails, hotels have never heard of them. They've got your money and are nothing but scammers.

Scam and you can't get money back – Asked for a refund and like everyone else they give the runaround. I tried using ACT Fair Trading but they were unable to help. If you're lucky enough to read this before buying please listen to the reviews and avoid this. Otherwise if you've been scammed please post if you have any success getting your money back.

Never dealt with such a company like this – Yes I to am waiting for refund , 7 months later , keep getting told checking with finance dept.have sent numerous emails, and another today .dont know how a company like this can operate ,dont even deserve a 1 star

Scam scam scam – When I found that I was not elegible for this deal I contacted them within 7 days, they promised a refund and it's been countless emails, messenger contact over the last 7 months. Same response as everyone here. However, my girlfiend got her refund a few days after threatening to take them to consumer affairs..... Time to band together and bring this scamming company down ?

Absolute scam – Purchased the $299 package deal in January, they said i was entitled to a refund, 8 months later numerous amounts of emails and still nothing! All they say is i will check in with the finance team and get back to you.

Its a scam – Purchased a voucher for 7 days stay at Twin Sands resort Thailand. We were told we could get a full refund if we changed out minds in 7 days. We requested a refund within the said time. been almost a year since we placed the request. We have sent numerous emails and messages on messenger. We have still not got our money back. Its a scam!

Ripppp offff – I've been waiting for a refund for over 6 months now, sent numerous emails & still no refund. Their advertisement said refund within 7 days, still waiting. They owe lots of people lots of money, time to pay up!!

SCAM !! OVER 63 emails and still no refund of our deposit – We paid $299 deposit for a THAITREK deal . The add said you could request a full refund within 7 days . Which we did .. we have sent over 63 emails to May at Thai treks and still no refund .. over 6 months and still waiting

Scammer – ALERT!! I have been waiting for nearly 2 months for a refund and about 10+ emails and still nothing. I asked them to share the contact details of manager but don't. Just keep mailing back that they will pass onto finance. I am raising case with consumer protection now.

Scammers – I have been waiting for nearly 4 months for a refund and about 20+ emails and 20+ messages to their face book and still nothing. They won't give me a phone number and just keep message back that they will pass onto finance.

I've been scammed too!! – Why have they gotten away with this?? Why hasn't anything been done to destroy theses people and their scams..this is disgusting. It's pretty obvious they are dodgy but nobody is stopping it

DONT DO IT. it's a scam scam scam – Still waiting on my refund too after 4 months ago. This is a thieving company. Contacted ombudsman, they said to contact affairs, so going through them now. This is absolutely robbery. I have contacted them over and over again, same reply, your refund is getting processed. Absolutely a scam. Disgusting people

Absolute Bullsh$$. 1 star rating only because it won’t proceed otherwise it would be a ZERO – I booked for 4 couples on March 27, 2019, and only after paying did I get the criteria. Some of my family didn’t fit the criteria so I requested a refund on March 28. It’s now June 1st and I’m still waiting for my $1200 refund. Each reply from them is it’s with the finance team for follow up. Has anyone had success at a refund? I’m going to try the travel ombudsman.

Do NOT book with this company - its a scam – The 5 star reviews are false and its shocking that this company is still stealing money from unsuspecting customers. Do your due diligence. Where is their telephone number? Address in Sydney is false.

No refund so far!!! It has been months now!!! – I bought this deal and regret to the maximum now. Please don't buy this. It is fraud!!! I have asked for a refund and they says they will do it for weeks and have not got it yet!!

trade under other names. I’ve just lost $299 of hard earned money. Something needs to be done to stop them ripping people off. Have contacted the ACCC, a current affair, and won’t stop there. treks , I think it’s wrong and misleading how I have paid for this product and then told my family doesn’t fit the criteria and now I have to fight for my “refund!.” no fault of mine as the teams and conditions were visible after my wife payed.

Curious – Ummm, didn't all you guys and gals pay using PayPal? What's the problem? How can PayPal not give money back, never heard that before! If you didn't pay with PayPal, why would you get this deal, clearly it looks like a scan

Where is my refund??? – I paid for this on 18 March and requested my refund the next day. Where to next with the complaints?

I want my Refund! – I am having the same experience of not receiving a refund after requesting it on the 16th of March. I have been sending numerous emails and have reported them to the ACCC asking for an investigation into their business practices. Thaitreks I want my refund, seriously when will I receive it??????

Absolute Sham and a massive Scam – Purchased these vouchers for a family holiday and was then told we cant travel as a group. I requested a refund and I its now been more than a month. Still waiting for a refund and all I keep getting told is to wait. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Thieving Bastrads – Countless emails in regards to my refund, telling me to be patient! Only to still be waiting 30days later. Then I find I'm not the only one! Hundreds of us being ripped off. FB should be doing some form of investigating before letting these fake companies advertise on their page...

Disgusting ThaiTreks – This mob is a scam. I too have been trying to get my money back and all I get are emails offering apologies and that they are looking into it. DO NOT go anywhere near this mob.

Terrible Thai Trek – I cant get in touch with Thai treks to cancel within the 7 day period. They kept putting me off and now have gone silent. I cant reach them. I also have trouble with my server 'Optus' sending emails as they consider them scam so I've been sending them through a friends computer. I saw Thai treks advertised on Facebook and wish I hadn't.

Buyer Beware and Don't waste your money – I purchased a holiday that appeared to be, too good to be true. I had 7 days to request a 100% full refund, no questions asked. I requested my refund within only a few days, they then tried to get me to keep the voucher even though I was not eligible. It is now 1 week overdue with no response from multiple emails asking them to confirm that my refund has been processed. No communication – No phone number. No email communication. Terms and conditions are only available once you've paid. Terrible. I need a refund for my family and no way of contacting them. Biggest scam everyone.

Thai Treks no response to refund – I have been sending multiple emails, website enquiry messages and Facebook messages to this company regarding the promised refund. They do not respond and when they do and I mention refund the line of communication conveniently goes dead. No phone number to call and speak to someone about this issue. acceptable, had the terms and conditions been available at the time of paying i would have seen we were ineligible to go. I have now had no food for myself and my son for 4 days because i expected a refund after all they said money back if you change your mind but that is not true. You will have to ask and ask and ask. Still waiting for my refund...

Total scam – Be very careful when buying. Offers money back if you change your mind within 7 days which is crap. Purchased on March 16, took three emails with them trying to get my to keep my purchse. Finally got email back saying refund within 7 to 10 business days. More than 10 days later, still no refund and they do not reply to emails. Stay clear unless you are 100% sure.

ABSOLUTE SCAM – They do not give you t&c's until after you've purchased & despite offering money back - they do not refund your money. Stay away from this company. Do not purchase anything you will be ripped off like the rest of us!

The worst experience ever - don't go near them – Purchased on 13 March. It is now the 2 April, still no refund and no further communication from them as promised. These companies should be shut down. Facebook should not allow their marketing. It is an absolute disgrace.
