Canny Collar Pathetic Service !! Incorrect sizes – Ordered a size 5 Canny collar through Vetsupply and received the good looking collar with incorrect measurements. Size 5 as per the website the smallest circumference it should do is 43 cms but it only does 46cms . It’s understandable these are hand made and can have faults. But I must say the service from [Name Removed] was very appalling. He first wants to tell us that the way we have measured the dog is wrong and claims this breed needs a smaller size but fails to admit that the product they supply and advertise wouldn’t do as they say. The largest Size 4 would go to is 43 cms and he expects us to choke our dog !!

He measured the size 5 collar he had himself and the length of the collar to the smallest eyelet was 45 cms !! So why advertise 43cms ?

Either ways the attitude of trying the spin the fault back on the customer so they have to bear the brunt of having to ship the collar back to the supplier and get a refund is just ridiculous

He also claims that I’m not his customer and that he couldn’t help !! Hang on !! I’ve bought a canny collar product and simply because I bought it off a distributor he can’t be bothered !! Would Samsung or LG shoo me away for buying their product through a distributor ??

My advise to you Tony for your 19 year old home run business - First call resolution - please fix the problem before it blows out . There is no cost associated with good customer service and especially when you are wrong , admit that you are wrong !! - One happy customer tells hundreds and one fussy customer with bad experience would tell thousands. - When you are wrong !!! Please Don’t start the call with the intent to blame the customer it’s their fault !!

Reporting this to ACCC for false advertising Ps - Vetsupply have provided great support and offered to refund part of the order but I don’t think Vetsupply should stand to loose because of the arrogance and ignorance of [Name Removed] aka Canny collar co

The perfect collar for dogs that pull – I took a chance on this collar as it was a little pricey and I'd never seen one before. But we've never looked back. I have a very strong dog that pulls my arm just about out of the socket. We were at the point where I didn't want to walk her anymore. Initially the collar takes a bit of getting used to. To get on the dog and when beginning to walk with it. But once you're past that it's like walking a totally different dog. Couldn't recommend this more highly it's worth every cent!
