The CareSide Questions & Answers

Since I wrote the Product Review, I can report that The CareSide has sent the money owed to me to another company, HireUp, and after two week the money that is owed to me is back at The CareSide, but not paid to me. In the meanwhile my account manager has resigned as to the mismanagement of my case. The Aged Care Commission now will audit the company. The CareSide is in my opinion one of the worst support companies in Australia. I cancelled my account with them. Please be aware about the mismanagement and think twice before you sign up to them.

It’s a pity you have had issues Jane. I stand by my comments they have been just fantastic as far as we are concerned. Both my husband and I. Every question I have raised has been dealt with speedily and efficiently.

Hi Jennifer I understand what you are saying but your payments to cleaners etc are paid approximately 3 weeks after the end of the month the work was completed in. Have you given the Careside all her information eg ABN / Police Check / Insurance Details / Bank Details, if the work was done in May she would be paid the 3rd week in June providing they have all the information. Now regarding your package providing you have surplus in your Home Care Package you can have what your OT has suggested they cannot pay for goods or sevices for you until they have received the Package money from the Government this goes for ALL home care providers. I can honestly say I have NO problems with The Careside they are fantastic. I agree with Judi. As soon as you have enough funds your bills will be paid. We moved from a very greedy provider and are now getting wonderful help from the Care Side for significantly less cost. Be patient while your funds build up.

I see your point, however, there is money banked in fact there is $18,000 sitting there my point is why can they not access the funds for the equipment needed, I am sure if they request and explain what it's for the government will transfer, I have 2 referral codes however they need to be submitted by my OT, or the provider they so they have no way to do that... Every person I speak too has a different comment...

I think these positive people may be paid writers.
