DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FR TDE – Purchased passport holder. Passport would not fit in. Was told product was snug fit. No mention on webpage. DIDN’T want initialled but had to pay $30.00 anyway. DON'T BUY FOR IPHONE 16 - POOR DESIGN MEANS CAN'T USE THE CAMERA – This is my 3rd TDE case. I was a long time fan and but not anymore. Terrible! – Within 7 days of receiving my new and very pricy phone case it began to break. Since I take great care of my phone I reached out and asked if I could return it for a replacement. just totally rubbed away on every contact area. The case looks tatty as if I’d have had it for years! The quality was disappointingly cheap, far below what I expected for the price. It is literally not fit for purpose and is quite frankly, cheap crap which they are marking incredibly high.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to their "customer service" team for assistance, they did nothing to resolve the issue. There was no effort to address my concerns or offer a solution. It's incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product that not only fails in terms of quality but also lacks any form of customer support. They were totally unhelpful which is why not only would I never stop here again, but I am now even more inclined to leave a poor review.
I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company unless you want to be stuck with a dreadfully cheap product and unhelpful customer service. I will never shop here again.

‘wear and tear’ – i have a phone case a few years back and absolutely loved it and thought the quality was really good. so recently i purchased a new iphone 15 pro vegan phone case and the quality has been absolutely disgraceful. i tired to see what could be done about it and they just told me it was wear and tear. the photos below are what is considered wear and tear after having the phone case for not even two months. very disappointed.

Poor quality - marketed as Saffiano leather – Purchased the the overnight black Saffiano bag with personalisation, and could not be more disappointed in this purchase. After charging, almost $300, the bag arrived and looks like cheap vinyl, and the blind embossing is barely visible. Will never ever purchase from this company again

using the product correctly... Like I should know from an online image that the components aren't all usable.
Customer Service were rude and engaged in harassment behavior after I asked them to stop contacting me and they continued contacting me with all the reasons they could dig up why I was wrong to expect that the 3 slots pictured would function to hold cards. I escalated to Fair Trading which made a recommendation to TDE to refund the product based on my narrative and images. And TDE still refused.
There is a reason the company faced insolvency in 2022. Continue like this and they will be there again in no time.
I've since purchased a Status Anxiety wallet which is lovely and I thoroughly recommend you take your business over there.

advice on cleaning the smudges. I subsequently used the bag once, with no spillages occuring inside, and then put it away in its box. Recently I took the bag out and was shocked to find the transparent PVC had become cloudy in appearance. I couldn't understand why this had occurred when the item had not been used. According to TDE this is normal 'wear and tear' but the item hasn't been used at all and it has occurred after only a few months; I would have thought PVC would be a hardier material than most and I've had other clear bags that cost a fraction of this one remaining in mint condition despite far heavier use. The quality is shoddy, and TDE have been extremely dismissive and unhelpful; they seem completely unbothered about retaining customers or on advising me of what else I might do to improve its condition. Posting a pic in case it helps other customers avoid making an expensive mistake.
Trash being marketed as fancy bags – I purchased a few bags from TDE and had such a bad experience. I now only have one of those bags because of quality issues with latches and buckles falling off, and in less than a year of use with my last bad, the leather has completely disintegrated. The strap is broken in two places and it's soon going to have to be thrown out. Don't waste your money on these overpriced products.

sold a lot of these bags and no one else had this issue so we're not gonna do anything about it' as if the sheer fact that no one else reported this counteracts the photos and video I sent them. Also the fact that others may have bought it for smaller camera models. And yes I was using it with the exact camera model and lens as listed on their site. Appalling response.
On top of that, the embossing is low quality and the camera strap is too long (bounces around) and thick (irritates the neck). Overall the product wasn't fit for purpose. An expensive first and last experience with tde.

Unfortunately, the damage on this case is not consistent with what could be considered a manufacturing fault. As leather is a natural product, it is more delicate and prone to displaying damage caused by external force, impact and abrasion. TDE is not liable for damage presenting on products in this manner. We understand it is unfortunate for this to have occurred so soon, however the rate at which an item reflects wear and tear is subject to the individuals usage of the item.

Save your money for something else – I online purchased a laptop case and an iphone case from their website in March 2022. The items are priced above average and advertised as genuine leather, which led me to think I was purchasing good quality products. initial week of usage. After a month of normal regular usage, the metal parts are extremely tarnished and when I use it, the metal smell transfers to my hands. Currently, I am unable to use the item because of this reason.
AND, the zip of the laptop case was broken again from the initial usage. I reached out to customer service and sent the items for inspection when requesting a refund. They dismissed my refund requests despite multiple email correspondence.
Both items' problematic metal parts are from the same material. The problems cannot be usage-related as the leather parts are in excellent condition. So, I am convinced that the items were made of extremely low quality.
If I knew these quality problems of the products, I would not purchase anything from the brand. I typically use a phone cover for 1-2 years and a laptop cover for 3+ years. I bought genuine leather products for the purpose of having long-term use. I was not aware that the highly-priced - heavily advertised items (which are covered by 12 months warranty on their website) had such a short (less than two months) lifespan.
Oh, and the customer service said using a phone cover with my hands is an extreme type of usage of a product.

Horrible quality, and failure to abide by consumer law requirements – The strap on my bag has completely fallen to pieces. According to the daily edited, this is expected 'fair wear and tear' for less than 18 months of use and so a repair at their cost or replacement (as required under consumer law) will not be provided. Want people to know that if you are buying the daily edited, you are buying substandard quality that will not be backed up by any form of customer service. Disgusting behaviour.
