Purchased a garden laser light and it stopped working a couple of months later. Have sent 4 emails asking for it to be fixed or replaced (I paid over $200) and they just ignore me. Terrible customer service. Be careful if you purchase from them as their products are low quality yet they charge high prices.

Just received laser garden lights which project blue and green dots probably several thousand of them around a 20 m x 20 m area in my backyard… They are visually stunning and look like millions of little fireflies… Pretty happy with the results and quality of this product. After a few hiccups in the early service I was very pleased to resolve issues with this merchant to my satisfaction

asked for more. Cha and Gemma responded within a day and sent a new remote which arrived a couple of days later. They were brilliant. This is a very honest and genuine review from a very grateful customer.

Home and party shop! – Excellent communication and customer service. Bought a beautiful star projector light off them and cannot fault the whole buying experience.

Scam website. Placed an order 3 weeks ago. No follow up emails. When I look at the tracking it says that the order is still waiting to be dispatched. I have emailed the store for an update and have had no reply!!

We have placed two orders with this company 3 weeks ago. Have had no confirmation email, no reply to my 4 emails asking for an update but they happily took our money!!! Absolutely shocking customer service - do not buy from this company

I ordered 2 Bubble Blowing Machines in November 2024....around $140 in total....the product never came and the shop never answered my correspondence....Qld Office of Fair Trading could nt even track them down!...DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

I've given them until tomorrow to contact me (to provide shipping information or refund), otherwise I'll start proceedings with my bank and will also be reporting them to Consumer Affairs, ACCC and Scamwatch.

Placed an order, I paid for it and received the confirmation email at the time. Never heard from them again even after following up when it was never shipped. Avoid at all costs. Thankfully my bank got my money back for me.

suggest people to stay away from this company. Would not recommend based on their "customer" service (and cannot even review the product as its not arrived!)

I placed an order for the firefly garden light and since paying have had no response from this business in regards to when my order will be shipped. I have sent numerous emails, called and texted and nothing. They have taken over $200 payment and not provided any communication what so ever in regards to the goods I paid for. I plan on taking this further with consumer protection.

Absolute scam shop. Abysmal customer service. My order was placed on the 20th July 2025 still no product or contact from the shop even after sending emails requesting information regarding my order. If I could select "0" stars I would. Would not recommend them.

next coming days… 5 days past, no progress. I then requested a refund via email, to no response. THANK GOD I PAID WITH AFTERPAY!!! It was only once I raised a dispute with Afterpay, that I got any sort of communication… I received a voicemail from the same woman who I had emailed, claiming she has seen I have rained a dispute with Afterpay. She then proceeds to tell me she cannot deliver the goods until I close my dispute with Afterpay….. Luckily I’m not as gullible as most, I recognise this as nothing more than blackmail. Today, 6 weeks after purchase, Afterpay has finally closed my dispute and issued a refund due to no response to them from the merchant (HOME AND PARTY SHOP)… Wish I had the the reviews before I had pruchased!! Have not received order purchased a month ago. I have had someone home every day to receive delivery and yet when I looked up tracking this company claims it’s been delivered. Scam site. Beware.

reply saying “we will look into this and get back to you” Not liking my chances of anything happening right now. Lesson learned!

No delivery and zero communication – I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for 4 weeks and I have sent multiple emails. Zero communication and the status via the "Shop" app is useless. I think it is a scam and I should have just bought from Amazon or an actual shop rather these guys. I wish I had read other reviews.
