Don't buy from them. I ordered some over priced plants as well as a rare one. Everything came with root rot or damaged leaves. The packaging was nice. They dont reply to emails no matter how many you send. Yet to even recieve a recipt. There's no online account to check anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE Show details

Absolutely LOVE the plants I’ve purchased recently. I’ve been to two recent pop ups in Melbourne and the lovely staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve followed their instructions and my plants are thriving.

Safe to say I won't be ordering from here again. I spend $145 on 4 plants. All of witch came upside-down amd had to repot 2 that were way to small for the pot they sent. Didn't even have a fragile/this way up sticker. And my baby fingers were over watered and were root rotted. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN

Expensive, average quality and terrible delivery. I ordered a couple of hundred dollars worth of plants. Delivery took ages and when it did arrive it was in an open cardboard box. One plant was destroyed, the others were not happy. After seeking refund for the damaged plants they only refunded one plant that was unavailable, with absolutely no apology for the state of the plants I received.

provider that espoused a real vision in plant propagation and service but it isn't JC.

Your delivery people are part of your experience so you still need to accept that, as an all-over customer experience, this was an unacceptable service you provided. Personally, the $3.00 refund on the mini Monstera seems mingy, the plant is obviously more distressed than just a damaged leaf.

My "excitement" waiting for my plants to arrive so I could re-pot them & enjoy them is not going to happen in the short term.

They all got a good soaking last night as the soil in all the pots was absolutely parched. The 3 look like something that sits in the clearance bin at Bunnings, forlornly waiting for someone to save them from the compacter.

The Calathea has recovered and I will say that the large monstera is above expectation, such a shame that my experience with JC is so brief.

Please process the refund asap.

I can offer a $3 refund. -Calathea Silver Plate 90mm-$12.99- This one also is a bit droopy. Whilst I appreciate it's disappointing this can occur during transportation.

A total offer of $48.98 refund.

Please let us know if you're happy to proceed. Alternatively if you would consider shopping again I would be happy to offer you a $55 credit voucher to purchase some new items. I again sincerely apologies for the experience as it is not what we had hoped for either. Hope to hear from you.

honestly no different than my local bunnings store. I was impressed with the size of the monstera thai constellation I ordered and I think this store has a great range of interesting plants. I would order from here again, but my one complaint is that the phone number provided in the emails as contact information is unreachable - the store confirmed via email that they don't have staff to answer the phone. I can understand it's a small business but being able to speak to someone helps to restore confidence in the service. Despite that, I would recommend this company for purchasing the more rare plants on offer.

Plants came in pristine condition – I was waiting for my order which was taking a while and I came across these reviews. I was quite worried after reading them. They finally arrived after a long wait (they state this on their website but I hadn’t noticed it). I was pleasantly surprised. Plants were delivered in an open box, not packed. return onto my bank card. She replied that the refund had gone through but did not respond to my request. On 7th April I emailed her again to ask if the refund had been processed to my requested card because I had not received it. After 7 emails back and forth and over a month since her first email, she finally told me that they processed the refund to the gift card that I explicitly asked her not to and they now could not redirect it to my requested card. In this back and forth she had told me to go to my bank to sort it out. Thankfully I didn't do this as my bank wouldn't be able to do anything. I had stated multiple times that I was concerned the refund had gone to the gift card but this was ignored each time.

Very disappointed as after this month long saga, Eve told me to go to the card issuer of the gift card to resolve the issue. The issue is not with the card issuer, it is with Jungle Collective. If she had have told me back in March that they could not process the refund to the requested card, we could have worked something out. Now I have wasted a bunch of time and honestly am very disappointed with this company. I have since thrown out the giftcard since I had used all the money on it so I won't be receiving my refund.

Their customer service is awful.

Ordered last year and the plants arrived in so much packing tape you couldn't decipher leaves from it. I contacted them and they finally gave me a measly $30 credit even though I spent $170. Now I finally found something to use it on and I worked out it wouldn't come off their ridiculously overpriced postage! No thanks.

request a chargeback from my bank. To make matters worse, their marketing system is broken and I now received FOUR marketing emails to my inbox each time they send one out, I assume because I sent them 3 emails.

The quallity of their plants are terrible and they aren't cheap either. We had to pay expensive handling fees and when they arrived they looked sad already I bought 6 plants and only 2 are trying to survive. The rest were just dead plants now I have never had such a bad experience

They only compensated for one plant and a $10 credit for my next order. As if I would order again. There's a reason you cannot search their reviews on google Avoid.

just rolling around in there like it was auditioning for Fast & Furious: Cardboard Drift. By the time it arrived, the plant looked like it had been in a street brawl and lost.

The leaves? Half were yellow, some were brown, and one was doing its best impression of a soggy potato chip. If plants could speak, I’m pretty sure this one would’ve whispered, "Just let me go..."

Watering it felt like giving CPR to a houseplant. I whispered encouraging things to it, like, "You can do this," but it clearly had no will to live. Even the pot looked depressed.

On the bright side, if you're looking for a plant that perfectly captures the vibe of existential despair, this one's a winner. Five stars for accurately representing how I feel on Monday mornings.

Overall, I’d say save your money and buy a cactus. At least they have the guts to survive neglect.

Misleading and ripped off – Ordered 2 plants in pots. 1 was missing it's plant, obviously upended in transit as soil was in the bottom of the box and plant tag was upside down. Cost me over $50 and the plant delivered is no bigger than my thumbnail, nothing like the picture shown on their website. Would not recommend this place at all. Total rip off merchants.

USE PAYPAL as you will require a refund as plants are diseased! – DO NOT SHOP HERE! The few good reviews are clearly false. There is no communication from company, the plants are delivered with diseases, and they won’t respond to emails. I managed to get a response via product review- but they said they would refund me, when in fact they Disputed the credit card company. This company has now been reported to the office of fair trading

Do not order online – Mailing plants is a bad idea. My order arrived and as I opened the box I was shocked by the state of my order. The plants were all damaged (except a cactus), all had most leaves broken off, one plant fully sectioned at the stem. to ensure minimal to low damage. To their credit customer service was helpful and offered me replacement plants but I just dont want to have plants mailed anymore. I ended up getting a slim refund for some (not all) of the damaged plants. I feel the packaging should’ve been a lot better. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Time wasters – Ordered some plants, a month later I was told they did not have the plants and offered me some other plants which were totally different I asked for a refund and have since been ignored, really arrogant people who sell the good plants at shows then foist the rubbish on to internet buyers.

Extremely disappointing and would not recomend – Overpriced plants for the size and state of the plants received. I purchased 3 plants totalling in excess of $100. All of the dirt had fallen out in the box, one plant (cactus) had no roots, plants look nothing like the photos on their website. Would not recommend or buy again.

leaves and the shipping in "Sydney zone" cost 25.95, plus 5.99 for "handling fee" all up i paid 51.89 was their calculation and mine was 51.93, LOL.. they took 4cents off. Lucky i didnt also buy a Alocasia Tiny Dancer. Broke my heart as a new plant parent so maybe I'm fussing over nothing but I felt betrayed. The sales they had going got me to buy this beautiful plant. I thought I would have faith in buying plants online in Australia after seeing peoples order in USA. Lesson learned, and move on, never buy plant online and always read the reviews before ordering anything online.

Don’t sign up, don’t shop there – Once on their mailing list you can never get off it. Clicked on links, emailed customer service. They send SO many emails. So, on top of poor quality plants, I’m regularly reminded of my massive mistake in using them. Yes, it goes to spam but I check spam regularly and get frustrated seeing this POS company name. At least I am regularly reminded to tell people not to shop there.

Not to mention, their emails state that your order won’t be left at the premises. I got a 20min warning of delivery, while I was out of town. I had to have someone rush out get the box which was left at my door. It was collected within 20min of delivery so that can’t be blamed on the condition of the plant.

Incredibly disappointed.
