I purchased the product and then a couple of months later they send me a double order again, upon enquiry they say that I purchased a subscription, and they will send to me regularly and I am advised I can't cancel. accountability. Worst customer Service and their product is a bootleg version of Xali (which I highly recommend if you want a lash serum - I had no reactions with this brand). Lash Rehab obviously needs to be taken off the market.

I have reported them to Consumer Affairs as I truly believe Lash Rehab need to level up with their integrity. I suggest anyone that has had the same issue does the same thing.

It dried out within a few days so after having such a good experience a few years ago I figured I must’ve had a bad batch that got hot in transit and evaporated or something, the customer service was atrocious though when I simply enquired what could have happened I was told so bluntly and unprofessionally that I must have done it and to purchase another bottle. Sadly, due to really hoping for the same lash experience I had years ago I purchased another bottle full price to much disappointment again, wasting all that money twice, the bottles are so empty, watery and no longer work. I have just purchased Xali lash and already so much happier!! I also purchased the ordinary which is a lot cheaper but prefer xali, their customer service is also amazing so far!

there is some improvement however I have been under a beautician and closely monitoring the results . An eyelash tint does not not constitute an improvement in thickness or growth of my eyelashes as indicted and shown in the photos. The only reason I went with this company was its advertisement made it sound as good as its biggest competitor Bondi Lash. Don’t even hesitate and look at Lash Rehab there is no comparison with customer service between these 2 companies . A warranty/ guarantee should be honoured if all the evidence is there. Don’t waste 3 mths of your time being strung along with constant pictures sent to the company and then not be honoured their promise for no results. Appalling really considering this product is not cheap by any means:)
