I ordered a shirt that was supposedly pre-order on August 2. It is now October 9 and I have not received my shirt. I had one email back in August and I was told I would receive my shirt early September. Has anyone else had similar issues their customer service seems to be nonexistent. I have emailed three times and contacted them on Instagram. If I didn’t really want the shirt I would just get my money back through a dispute with my bank.

I had the same issue. It took one month to arrive. The customer service is very poor as they don't reply often. Moreover, in the first wash the t-shirt shrank considerably!! It was quite disappointing but the fabric is really nice
Yes I am nervous about shrinking as the sizes were odd …I got the M/L… hopefully if I wash by hand or cold water it won’t
