change while using it - after about 30 minutes of use, it suddenly drops from 99 to 80% and dies soon after. I first emailed customer service about these issues two weeks ago and have done so twice since, with no reply from them. There's no phone number to call on the website so that screams dodgy straight up. I looked at the Google reviews for this product before buying which seemed to be positive which makes me think they must be fake. I should have checked product review too as it seems many people have had the same experience as me. I will be following this up with the appropriate authorities to see if I can get compensation.

Massage guys refused a refund and blocked me on all social media where I stated what had happened!! These guys couldn’t put together an order or respond to customer but were quick to take the money!!!
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! – My wife bought me an ice bath for my birthday, and when we set it up the inflatable top ring has a hole in it. is that while there are lots of glowing reviews on their website, there is no way to actually leave a review on it as a customer. It seems to be impossible to leave any google reviews either, and this is the only website I've found which seems to have genuine reviews, which unsurprisingly given my experience are overwhelmingly negative. If they spent more time on customer service rather than trying to surpress bad reviews, maybe their reviews wouldn't be so bad.

Always read reviews first – We purchased a massage gun and it was faulty - kept cutting out. Tried recommended troubleshooting. We reported fault within 1 year warranty period. Affairs Victoria C.A.V. - they said as we had copy of the email sent within warranty we were entitled to refund. Tried to resolve with staff but I think they realise most people don't have time to go to VCAT even when they've been told by C.A.V. that they're in the right. Also I don't think they understand their obligations to consumers as explained to me by C.A.V. If I buy another massage gun, I'll be reading reviews first.

excessive pressure. Have emailed several times but noting this page I’m not likely to get any assistance. Their socials were last updated Sept 2021 but they are certainly paying for advertising on social media. Their website proudly boasts of warranty and returns and encourages use of their customer service email but alas no response. Disappointing massage guys. Do not buy.

The best of the best! – I've seen the same gun for tripple this price! The Massage Guys are by far the best gun I've used. I love the Elite version - professional and does the job. Everything was smooth from purchasing to delivery time. The only issue is that it came 1 day late but I assume because of this Covid situation. Will definitely purchase the mini version soon! Terrible in every aspect – Bought mine late 2020, used it only about 7 times and battery started failing until it completely stopped charging. After a few emails and a threat to report them to consumer affairs, they replied, quite rudely, and agreed to send a replacement battery which did exactly the same. It's absolute rubbish.
