obviously the first 2 months of that period I was taking iron tablets. So I focused the following 3 months on purely these iron patches and decided to increase the amount so put 2 on a day, 12hrs apart so I had continual coverage, hoping doubling the patches would help increase my Ferritin levels rather than just maintain. However after my next blood test my Ferritin level had dropped to 13L. So, for me they didn't work and it was a costly exercise, however I assume everyone has different results and can only trial and test like I did to see the effectiveness for them.
