The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital

Every time when I went to the specialist clinic on the 2nd floor of this building, for out-patient service & pro-surgery reviews in this hospital, even my appointment were at 10am, but I couldn’t be seen by a doctor until 1pm, people need to wait at least 3 hours, 4 hours to see a doctor only for 5 minutes. It also a large crowd of people & the waiting areas were full at the time with high infection of Flu & COVID. It’s frustrating.

Suggested to them eg. If the time 1pm a doctor can see a patient, much better to do the appointment at 12 noon. 1 hour wait is reasonable. But they replied: it’s their organisational arrangement. It’s so arrogant.
