In the past six months I have had at least a dozen calls from them. When I do speak to someone they are always without exception loud, aggressive & talk over me. I wish I had NEVER bought the case of wine I did 4 years ago. I’m going to report the company for its persistent harassing unwanted & unsolicited calls!

They call every day without fail. I instantly block numbers starting with 0468, but now that I have confirmation that they're the same scum that were at Oak Ridge Estate, I'll be vigorously pursuing a cease and desist.

Constant harrassment despite asking them not to call me at least 5 times. These people have serious karma coming to them. I hope their entire management team is locked in a jail cell with death metal music playing at full volume 24/7. ACMA complaint lodged.

Harassing phone calls from this company are relentless, I have been receiving calls on a daily basis for weeks!!!! I have begged "[Name Removed]" to stop calling me but he just keeps calling on a slightly different number so he cannot be blocked!!!! He is rude and refuses to listen when I ask to be removed from his listing Stop calling!!!

James From The Wine Group – This guy is really something. He has more persistence and motivation than anyone in my sales team (inclusive of me)! He has called 3 days in a row on top of previous weeks where I said "no".....again and again and again. The only problem is that I don't want to buy wine. I'd love to see his stats and success rate. I wonder if he'd change careers into another sales job that isn't classified as harassment....???

Only solution I have found is to use a call blocker such as Simple Call Blocker on your phone and define a range of numbers to block based on the numbers you get called on. You may have to increase the range in steps until you block the full range of numbers they have access to. Then the calls will go straight to voicemail where mostly no message will be left

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this DODGY lot. I made that mistake once and they since won't leave me alone. The amount of spam calls I've received from them from mutiple numbers is relentless. I'm in AA because of too much wine drinking, and I have received 4 calls in the past 2 weeks, for the final time after I told him this and that I was about to lose access to my kids, the guy said "you can just sneak one in" "It's good to take a break from time to time". Inspite of consistently telling them the wine seemed off and I had had to dispose the rest of it last year they call several times a day inspite of being asked to stop calling. I tried to be polite and then resorted to being rude but that made no difference.They are shameless and beyond pathetic. They stopped for a while- then returned with a vengeance. I have blocked , reported them as spam and deleted them but it has made no difference.

Absolute loser scammers. Do not ever buy anything from these people. Bought from them once now they call me multiple times a day, every single day despite being asked not to, being on a no call list, pleading with them to stop. It’s unrelenting & deliberate harassment.

How is it possible to give them a minus five review? I always hang up immediately when I hear that annoying voice, "I'm John (or James) from the Wine Club". This company is disgraceful. They are using AI bots to make the calls and only when you indicate you want to buy their poor quality wine do you get to speak to a real person. I can't remember signing up for this club, but they call incessantly from different numbers, so you can never tell it's them until you answer. I ask them every time to remove my name from the database. This is complete spam. How can they get away with it without being fined by the regulator?

Ive blocked about 10 numbers and I still get called nearly everyday. Ive asked the people to take me off the call list. They specifically are designed to have multiple numbers so can keep calling people after they are blocked

business to use someone's number to harass them after they have asked to be removed. Please do NOT buy from this company or you will never get rid of them.

These guys should be stopped, no matter what you do they continue to harass you I have lost count of the amount of phone numbers I have blocked and they still keep calling! I have also emailed to no avail. Not sure what else to do. This is downright harassment, maybe a lawsuit needs to be taken out

I have been getting daily calls from this company, even after asking to remove my number from the database. I am feeling harassed, I DO NOT DRINK! And the first time I said that to the person they responded with “when will you be starting up again” Please stop calling me!

I'm not sure who they hire to make these calls, because I was unfortunately contacted by someone from the wine group. I stated to them that I probably shouldn't purchase anything as I was a recovering alcoholic and he proceeded to try to sell me his best wine. I ended hanging up quite angry and had to call my sponsor. What is wrong with these people??
